Yes, BUT ..... ARRIVAL Even though we arrived with more than 2 hours late (15.00), the room was not ready. In addition, Sub had asked to be in the same building as my son or as close as possible, it was at 6 and 1. Let us it was starting badly. BEACH Very nice with its white sand and its area. Chairs and palapas in sufficient quantity as well as swimming pools, is extremely rare. After visiting several resorts in the South, it is the only one that meets the need for this convenience, as many chairs and palapas as there are customers, bravo for that! Small snag: The voluminous customers other resorts overflows on the hotel beach, but this is well controlled thanks to the attention and intervention of the employee "Raxot" unfortunately the only employee to take care then when there is no service ... the hotel guests must manage to return with my daughter who had to step in with a couple and their baby who was loud. The beach is cleaned. ROOM Spacious and well maintained. LOBBY BAR Unquestionably, the best complex. Well stocked with quality alcohol. Professional and courteous staff. The most effective place in the resort where they also serve excellent coffee. Terrible FOOD! The worst we experienced. We have a dozen trips to Cuba in various hotels. The site has 2 restaurants and 1 snack that turns into a la carte restaurant in the evenings. Short menus and variety, despite this, there are often unavailable items such as desserts. 90% of the time we were treated to one choice '' the strawberry ice cream ', period. Note that there is no buffet except at breakfast where there is a small buffet, however, requires order hot dishes a la carte. We are not after so many years of bad reviews on restoration in Cuba there is no understand a national policy to train professional cooks, worthy of the name. This is what is sorely lacking in Royalton. We also believe that hotels have a supply problem which, it goes without saying, does not help the situation. For our part, we return to Cuba that when food will be greatly improved. In addition, on 4 people we were, 4 suffered from Montezuma, and that over a long period. SUGGESTION FOR HOTEL Under the legs of chairs in restaurants and Lobby Bar, think about adding rubbers to avoid noise when they are not déplacées''petit for the hotel, not great for the customers' . SERVICE part in the Lobby Bar, there was generally little rushed and not very professional. Therefore, we found a clear lack of discipline and supervision. POOLS Clean and well maintained, one quiet and one of the animation. EMERITUS EMPLOYEES People are distinguished by the excellence of their work. -Alexis, Butler to the block 6 -Katia, restaurant Eggcellence -Raxot, beach -The employees Lobby Bar SUMMARY Beautiful resort where to go for a quiet holiday if you do not give importance to food and not too sharp on the service.

We are very disappointed with our trip and we really do not think leaving with discount travel.

Positive :

The staff was very warm and pleasant. Moreover, the beach is really beautiful.

Negative :

We are very disappointed with our trip because the food was really bad. In addition, we conducted an excursion to Havana and it was a disaster. We paid to go by plane in 50 minutes and came in 6 hours by bus. A horror.

Very nice hotel, good for Cuba, the food is okay, the sea is beautiful.

Positive :

Constable always ready to make you pacing to please you, the sea is a sublime beauty, employees are very friendly and very nice.

Negative :

Positive :

Relaxing stay at Royalton! What we liked: the beautiful beach, 5 star service, beauty and cleanliness of the rooms, no vendors harassing, tranquility of the site, ideal for the energetic! We were treated to pampering by the whole team, it was different from other hotels with this service so attentive and friendly, we really felt that our well-being was their priority. Our Major man Orestes and Janet were always available and helpful and made sure every day that we lacked nothing. The young director (Polish) was really friendly and approachable and we often wondered if everything was according to our expectations and whether there would be room for improvement. Yulian, a friendly server and smiling at the beach brought us drink running even if we had not ordered wow what an exceptional service! We liked the service provided by the employee who found us seats at the beach, cleaned the chair and put our towels! Yulier prepared us good cappuccino in the lobby in the morning and evening of good drinks, always with a big smile and kindness even when their working days are endless! We really enjoyed our week off and we will probably be back one day!

Negative :

Here are some points that we believe would improve: have shade at the pool, average food, diverse menus and à la carte breakfast: pastries are very hard and there is no variety, also lacks variety for deserts (always the same 2) damage there is sometimes waiting for a place for lunch and dinner, the wine is bad, have washcloths in the room, have a toilet at the beach, repair the sidewalk to the beach because the stones are moved and is very easy to sprain an ankle, very stained sheets and blanket.
