Electronic ticketing

Your e-ticket, also known as "flight itinerary", will become available online 3 weeks before your departure or a few hours after you book in the case of a last minute trip.

You must enter your 7 to 10-digit booking number in order to access your travel document. We recommend that you print a copy and verify that your personal information is accurate and correctly written. However, please note that this document is not required for travel, as the airline and hotel operator will find all the necessary information in your passport.

Have you booked a Top Chrono Package? You will receive your e-documents directly by e-mail 7 days before your departure. If not, please contact us by phone at 1 844 727-2437. It will be our pleasure to send the documents to you.

If you have booked a flight only and cannot access your document or if you have any corrections to make, please contact us at: [email protected]. If your departure is imminent, call us at 1 844 727-2437.

Have you booked a Top Chrono Package? You will receive your e-documents directly by e-mail within 21 days of your departure. If you still haven't received them 7 days prior to your departure, please contact an agent at 1 844 727-2437.
