Programme Détaillé

Flight to Lisbon.

Arrival at Lisbon airport. Enjoy a brief panoramic tour of the city before your transfer to the hotel. Free time for the rest of the day.

Depart for Sintra, where you will visit Quinta da Regaleira, a palace of extravagant design with a network of tunnels, caves and lakes evoking esoteric themes from the era of the Templars and the Freemasons. After lunch, stroll through the charming village of Sintra, before heading to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe. On the way back to Lisbon, you will be able to see the beach of Boca do Inferno, popular with surfers for its enormous waves, as well as the town of Cascais and the gardens of the Estoril casino.

Depart for the North, where among a landscape speckled with orchards and windmills, you will discover the village of Óbidos, set within medieval fortified walls. Continue to Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in the world. Admire the Baroque-style library, the city's charming narrow streets and traditional ceramics. Finally, end your day in Porto.

Start the day by discovering Porto, the country's second-largest city, which lies at the mouth of the famous Douro River. The city is characterised by its monuments and mythical sites, such as the Bolsa Palace, the São Francisco church and the Ribeira district. Then, enjoy a short boat tour and free time for lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Fátima for a visit of its sanctuary before continuing towards Tomar, where you will have free time for dinner.

Start the day with a visit to the Convent of Christ. Overlooking the town of Tomar, within the walls of the Templar castle, this UNESCO World Heritage site stuns visitors with its architectural beauty. Next, head to Évora, a city brimming with culture and rich history. After some free time for lunch, take part in a panoramic tour of the city and wander the streets for a real journey back in time. Then, proceed to Vilamoura.

Departure for Sagres, home to the renowned Infante D. Henrique nautical school. Also, visit the magnificent cliffs of Cabo São Vicente, at the extreme south-eastern point of Europe. Next, continue towards Lagos in the heart of the Algarve region, which is sure to delight you with its vibrant atmosphere, splendid marina and fantastic spots to savour fresh fish dishes. Make a stop at Ponta da Piedade to admire the rock formations sculpted by erosion before returning to your hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, departure from the Algarve for Setúbal. This port and industrial town is located on the left bank of the mouth of the river Sado and overlooks the magnificent Troia peninsula. Free time for lunch. Continuation to the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, with its rare vegetation and unique panoramas. Then cross one of the bridges over the Tagus. Arrival in the Cascais-Estoril district.
