All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark

I appreciated the hotel's reasonable size and charm. However, the facilities are aging, and I was very disappointed by the restaurants. The good ones weren't accessible to families with minors, and the other available restaurant (alternating between Mexican and Italian) was significantly worse than the buffet. The beach was small with a lot of seaweed, but at least it was quiet. The games room was enjoyable. The activities were fun, and the staff was welcoming. The children loved the iguanas near the water park and mini-golf. I'm not sure I'd return. Overall, I found my trip expensive and was disappointed because I had higher expectations for the destination, especially considering I was paying double the price of my previous trip at the same time of year and in a 4-star hotel.

Par contre les installations sont vieillissante et j'ai été très déçue par les restaurants car ceux qui étaient bons ne sont pas accessibles aux familles avec mineurs et l'autre restaurant disponible (mexicain et italien en alternance) est vraiment moins bon que le buffet.
Plage petite avec beaucoup d'algues mais au moins c'est calme.
La salle de jeux a été appréciée. Les activités étaient sympathiques et le personnel accueillant.
Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé les iguanes proche du parc aquatique et du mini golf.

Pas sûr que j'y retournerai
Somme toute j'ai trouvé mon voyage cher et j'ai été déçu car j'avais des attentes plus élevées par rapport à la destination sachant que je payais le double vs mon voyage précédent à la même période et dans un hôtel 4*

The hotel is 40 years old and it shows; several tiles are missing from the pool and my daughter cut her foot. There are 20 chairs on the beach and 30 on the terrace, so get there quickly in the morning... the restaurant/snack bar opening hours are very limited. The staff, however, are very friendly.

L’hôtel a 40 ans et ça paraît, il manque plusieurs tuiles dans la piscine ma fille s’est coupée le pied. Il y a 20 chaises sur la plage et 30 chaises sur la portion terrasse alors faites ça vite le matin.. les heures d’ouvertures des restaurants/snacks sont très limitées. Le staff est par contre très gentil.

Upon arrival, we were offered to upgrade our rooms to ocean front views for $200 US. We are two families with 2 young children and since our original rooms are nearby and adjoining, we refused. Suddenly the availability of our rooms changed and we went to the opposite side of the resort. During our stay it happened frequently (almost every evening) to not have white wine. No mint therefore no mojito.

Dès notre arrivée , on nous propose d’upgrader nos chambres pour des océan front view pour 200$ US.

Nous sommes deux familles avec 2 jeunes enfants et Puisque nos chambre d’origine sont a proximité et communicante nous refusons. Soudainement la disponibilités de nos chambres ont changé et nous sommes rendu à l’opposé sur le. Resort.
Durant notre séjour il est arrivé fréquemment ( pratiquement chaque soir)de ne pas avoir de vin blanc. Pas de
Menthe donc pas de
Mojhito.

Standard room for 2 adults and 2 children. Very small, no patio access, no mini fridge on the 3rd floor. Show in the evening... Late and quite basic. Oh yeah! No SUNWING agent! No school bag. We had a great vacation. With not too much waiting on the food side.

Chambre standard pour 2 adulte 2 enfants,
Très petites, pas porté patio, pas de mini frigo au 3ème étage.
Spectacle le soir... Tard et assez basique.
Ah oui ! Pas d'agent SUNWING ! Pas de cartable.
On a eu de belles vacances. Avec pas trop d'attente sur le côté bouffe.

The room is big and clean but the food is really not good! The employees unfortunately don't have a smile
