Beau séjour!
Beautiful resort, very clean, with really kind and helpful staff. The beach is magnificent, and you can snorkel right from the shore, which is a big plus. The main downsides are the rooms, which are very small for three or four people. It's fine for a couple, but for more than two people, the space becomes really cramped. Another drawback: the buffet is very repetitive. It's practically the same menu every night. Furthermore, the buffet room isn't air-conditioned, making it very stuffy during the summer. Ultimately, it all depends on what's most important to you. If you prioritize a beautiful beach, cleanliness, and excellent service, it's a good choice. If the room is important to you and a wider variety of food is a must, these aspects might disappoint you.
Beau resort, très propre, le personnel vraiment gentil et serviable. La plage est magnifique et il est possible d'y faire du snorkeling directement à partir du bord de la plage, ce qui est un gros avantage.
More... Less...Les points négatifs sont surtout les chambres, qui sont très petites pour trois ou quatre personnes. Pour un couple, ça passe, mais à plus de deux, l'espace devient vraiment restreint.
Autre bémol : le buffet est très répétitif. C'est pratiquement le même menu tous les soirs. De plus, la salle du buffet n'est pas climatisée, ce qui la rend très étouffante pendant l'été.
Au final, tout dépend de ce qui est le plus important pour vous. Si vous privilégiez une belle plage, la propreté et un excellent service, c'est un bon choix. Si la chambre est importante pour vous et si une plus grande variété de nourriture est un must, ces aspects pourraient vous décevoir.

Friendly welcome. The buffet was standard, but we always found something. The à la carte restaurant was ordinary. The beach lacked shade. The room was small but clean. Overall, good.

Excellente hotel pour ce reposer
Excellent meal, the best snack bar in the whole south, very attentive staff, beautiful beach but not like Cuba. A bit of poison on the beach, but you should check out the boat trips to see more.
Très bon repas, le meilleur snack bar du sud au complet, personnel très attentionnés, belle page mais pas comme Cuba. Un peu de poison sur la plage mais il faut allé voir les activités en bateaux pour en voir plus.

We loved our week; the staff were smiling, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The buffet was good, although the selection was limited. The sea water was warm and clear, and there were plenty of chairs, but not enough shade. The sand wasn't very fine, but we were there for diving, so it wasn't a big deal for us. Our Sunwing representative, Juan, was incredibly helpful, and thanks to him, we were able to visit Cozumel.
Nous avons adoré notre semaine, le personnel est souriant, serviable et vraiment aimable. Le buffet est bon malgré un manque de choix. L'eau de la mer chaude et claire, beaucoup de chaises mais pas assez à l'ombre. Le sable n'est pas vraiment fin mais nous y allons pour la plongée donc peu important pour nous. Notre représentant Sunwing, Juan, a été d'une grande aide et grâce à lui, on a pu visiter Cozumel.

Le site est magnifique!
The resort is beautiful and spotlessly clean everywhere! The rooms are small but perfectly functional; you don't need anything more. The buffet is small and repetitive, with little variety, but it's tasty. The poolside snack bar is much better. It's a shame the food doesn't live up to the beauty of the resort. We'll only return if the price is right.
Le site est magnifique, super propre partout!!! Chambre petites mais super fonctionnel pas, besoin de plus. Le buffet est petit et redondant, peu de variété mais c’est bon. Le snack de la piscine est nettement mieux.
