Hello, I travel alone, which is why I prefer hotels located in the city center. As usual, we received a warm welcome from staff we've known for years, whom we can trust and who take care of us with kindness. There have been several improvements through renovations, notably the public restrooms, which have all been renovated, and they've built a great beach bar with new restrooms for eating and drinking. There's still a lot of potential; I keep meeting former guests who are returning. Those who crave luxury and more sophisticated cuisine, and who don't enjoy meeting the courageous Cubans who, with resilience, survive despite shortages, embargoes, etc., should stay in the newer hotels outside the village. Have a good trip.
Bonjour, je voyage seul c'est pourquoi j'aime les hôtels situés centre ville et comme d'habitude on est bien accueilli par du personnel que l'on connais depuis des années auxquelles on peut faire confiance et qui prennent soin de nous avec gentillesse. Il y a eu plusieurs améliorations par rénovation notamments comme les toilettes espaces publiques ont toutes été rénover et ils ont bâti un super rancho sur la plage pour manger, boire avec des toilettes neuve. Il y a beaucoup de potentiels encore, je continue de rencontrer des anciens clients qui reviennent aussi. Ceux qui ont besoins de luxe et de nourriture plus sophistiqué et n'aimes pas rencontrer les courageux Cubains qui avec résilience survivent malgré les pénuries, ambargos etc.. Aller dans les nouveaux hôtels à l'extérieur du village. Bon voyage.

Hotel with smokers and disrespectful Cuban customers
Hôtel de fumeurs et de clientèle de cubains irrespectueux
I will never return. This is a hotel for smokers and Cubans who disrespect foreign tourists. There are no rules in this establishment, I have seen theft, guests with loudspeakers who are disturbing and motorcycles making noise without anyone doing anything.
Je ne retournerai jamais. C’est un hôtel pour les fumeurs et les cubains qui manquent de respect aux touristes étrangers. Aucune règle dans cet établissement, j’ai vu du vol, des clients avec des speaker qui dérangent et des motos qui font du bruit sans que personne de fasse rien.
