All activities are paid, as are the pool beds, contrary to what the website suggests. We went during the low season, the resort wasn't at full capacity, and even so, we had to wait for lunch at the buffet. So I wanted to reserve our spot in advance using the app, but it only allows one reservation per day, which made that impossible. Otherwise, everything was incredible.
