Very nice hotel. It's worth it in the new section. Impeccable service. No aggressive music at the pools and the beach. Relaxing atmosphere and spa. Many young children. Excellent food and they do everything to please us. No special requests refused. The beach is very average. Do not choose this hotel for the beach. Many algae, water scrambled. Note: nearby hotel is nudist. A bit surprising when you do not expect it. ;) Very nice experience! Karisma cares about his customers.
Très bel hotel. Ça vaut la peine d'être dans la nouvelle section. Service impeccable. Pas de musique agressante aux piscines et à la plage. Ambiance relax et spa. Beaucoup de jeunes enfants.
More... Less...Nourriture excellente et ils font tout pour nous satisfaire. Aucune demandes spéciales refusées.
La plage est très moyenne. Il ne faut pas choisir cet hotel pour la plage. Beaucoup algues, eau brouillée.
À noter: hotel voisin est nudiste. Un peu surprenant quand on ne s'y attend pas. ;)

We have a three year old and we loved: The mini-club for toys available. There really anything you can imagine. The size and feel of the site. Everything is nearby. The fact that there is no strong musk to the pool and beach. Pluypart the people working in this hotel have a great concern of customer service. In short, we would go back if we had to choose an all-inclusive Positive: The beach, the service, friendliness, tranquility, atmosphere "SPA". Negative: There are not enough beach chairs. In the standard room, the bathroom is small and has little space to put our things when taking a shower. Although this is a hotel for families, food service is not fast enough when accompanied by children.

La grandeur et la convivialité du site. Tout est à proximité.
Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de musque forte à la piscine et à la plage.
La pluypart des gens qui travaille à cet hotel ont un grand soucis du service à la clientèle.
Bref, nous y retournerions si nous avions à choisir une formule tout inclus Positif : La plage, le service, la convivialité, la tranquilité, l'atmosphère "SPA". Négatif : Il n'y a pas assez de chaises de plages.
Dans la chambre standard, la salle de bain est petite et dispose de peu d'espace pour y mettre nos effets lors de la prise de douche.
Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un hotel pour les familles, le service au restaurant n'est pas assez rapide lorsqu'accompagné d'enfants.
