A nice, clean, friendly place it is possible to have a good time there. Smiling and very attentive staff. We do not go there for the beach but there is ample space around the pools and for a few pesos, it is possible to go to Ixtapa island where the water is clear with a few nice beaches for sunbathing, swimming to sipping a cerveza, very friendly people. We had to'' pleasant holiday and we have no problem recommending it.

Un bel endroit propre et agréable où il est possible de passer de bons moments. Personnel souriant et très attentionné. On ne s'y rend pas pour la plage mais il y a amplement d'espace près des piscines et pour quelques pesos, il est possible de se rendre sur l'île d'Ixtapa où l'eau est transparente avec quelques petites plages agréables pour prendre le soleil, faire la baignade en sirotant une cerveza, des gens très accueillants. Nous avons eu d''agréables vacances et nous ne voyons aucun problème à le recommander.

Travel from 31 December to 7 January. We spent a wonderful week. Positive: Everything was perfect, the sun was well appointment, warm and calm sea, it was perfect for children. Pools, water slides, the proposed activities. There were 3 buffet restaurants (Italian, Mexican and Oriental), a snack bar (12H to 18H) and 3 à la carte restaurants including a seafood on the seashore Negative: The beach is not great for those who like to walk. We were a bit far from other hotels where there were shops and restaurants.

Voyage du 31 décembre au 7 janvier. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Positif : Tout était parfait, le soleil était bien au rendez-vous, la mer chaude et calme, c'était parfait pour les enfants. Les piscines, les glissades d'eau, les activités proposés. Il y avait 3 restaurants buffet (Italien, Mexicain et Oriental), un snack bar (12H à 18H) et 3 restaurants à la carte dont un fruit de mer sur le bord de la mer. Négatif : La plage n'est pas très grande pour ceux qui aime marcher. Nous étions un peu loin des autres hôtels où il y avait boutiques et restaurants.

Very good hotel Azul Yxtapa. Excellent cleanliness of the Hotel and rooms. Good service for the room towels. Staff very warm and welcoming. Children are welcome with many activities and games. Very good food and tequila. If you want sun wall to wall, 32eC do not hesitate to go to Ixtapa. Very safe place. Very easy to visit the surroundings at little cost, local bus and / or taxi and even to go to the island of Ixtapa to snorkel in front of the Hotel. Positive: We sincerely recommend this place. If you want to be sure of the SUN, DO NOT HESITATE. On Air Transat, very good service. Our guide Vidal Reyes Lopez, a very friendly person, speaks French very well and provided us with a lot of information about the region. THANK YOU ! VIDAL DE TON HOME SO WARM ... Negative: The beach is not at its best, very hard ground. But in Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa (city) the hotels have a better beach, more flexible sand. We did more pool and market by the sea which is always nice. There is a place near the hotel where you can see iguanas and crocodiles. There are also gift shops for those who want memories without going too far.

Très bon hôtel Azul Yxtapa. Propreté excellent de l'Hôtel et des chambres. Bon service pour les serviettes de chambre. Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant.
Les enfants sont les bienvenues avec beaucoup d'activités proposées et aménagement de jeux. La bouffe très bonne et la tequila.
Si vous voulez du soleil mur à mur, 32eC n'hésitez pas à vous rendre à Ixtapa. Endroit très sécuritaire.
Très facile de visiter les alentours à peu de frais, autobus local et/ou taxi et même de se rendre sur l'Ile d'Ixtapa faire du snorkel
en face de l'Hôtel. Positif : Nous recommandons sincèrement cet endroit. Si vous voulez être sûre du SOLEIL, N'HÉSITEZ PAS.

Sur Air Transat, très bon service. Notre guide Vidal Reyes Lopez, personne très sympathique, parle très bien le français et nous
a fourni plein de renseignements sur la région. MERCI ! VIDAL DE TON ACCUEIL SI CHALEUREUX... Négatif : La plage n'est pas à son meilleur, sol très dur. Mais à Zihuatanejo et à Ixtapa (ville) les hôtels ont une meilleure plage, sable plus souple.
On a fait plus de piscine et marché sur le bord de la mer CE QUI est toujours agréable. Il y a un endroit près de l'hôtel où on peut voir des iguanes et des crocodiles.
On y retrouve aussi des boutiques cadeaux pour ceux qui désirent des souvenirs sans trop s'éloigner.
