For an establishment for adults only (18+), we only had a choice of two restaurants with a fixed closing time of 9:30 PM; all the others were fully booked for the week! The pool had very noisy music and activities, making any rest impossible. In short, a very unpleasant stay, and I'm not even mentioning the so-called beach!

Excellent adults-only resort, in a party atmosphere.
Excellent resort adultes seulement, en mode festif.
This resort is geared towards partying, very clean and well-maintained. Negative points: it's very difficult, if not impossible, to make reservations at the à la carte restaurants. Also, I'm disappointed that many of the parties on-site require an additional fee; I thought I was at an all-inclusive resort! However, overall, I enjoyed my stay.
Ce resort est orienté pour faire la fête, très propre et bien entretenu. Points négatifs : très difficile, voire impossible, de réserver pour les restaurants à la carte. Aussi, je déplore que beaucoup de « party » directement sur le site soient payants pour y accéder; je croyais être dans un « tout inclus »?! J’ai toutefois, en général, bien apprécié mon séjour.

All the staff are wonderful. They do their best to serve us well. I was surprised by all the extra charges Bahia (the newly partnered Hyatt) tries to impose for services. They charge extra for more than a Pepsi or a bottle of water in the fridge. They were invited to a party but charged 200 pesos for not showing up, or 200 pesos for showing up without an invitation. The buffets were fine for seafood lovers, but very disappointing for those with allergies. It was always the same things to eat, and they resembled pork, beef, and chicken stews. There was no bacon at the buffet for four days. We almost felt like we were in Cuba. If you eat something with a spoon, you have to ask a server; there aren't any available near the soup or on the tables. They're hidden away. You can easily get lost on the property because there are no signs. Take the shuttles to see the five hotels, and then you can take a walk to explore the surrounding area. After speaking with several people on the bus, we were disappointed on several points during our stay at this hotel. Personally, I don't think I'll return to a Bahia.

Les buffets était bien pour les gens qui aiment les fruits de mer mais pour les allergiques c’était très décevant. Toujours les mêmes choses à manger et ça ressemble à des ragoûts de porc, bœuf, poulet. Pas eu de bacon pendant 4 jours au buffet. On était sur le bord de se croire à Cuba. Si vous mangez quelque chose avec une cuillère vous devez la demander à un serveur il n’y en a pas de disponible près de la soupe ou sur les tables. Elles sont cachés.
Vous pouvez vous perdre sur le site car il n’y a rien d’indique. Prenez les navettes pour connaitres les 5 hôtels et par la suite vous pourrez prendre une marche pour découvrir les alentours.
Donc après discussion avec plusieurs personnes dans l’autobus nous fûmes déçue sur plusieurs points lors de ce voyage à cet hôtel.
Personnellement, je ne crois pas retourné dans un Bahia.

Third visit, Akumal Sian Kan and now Tequila. The only thing I have to complain about is the loss of our member points due to the Hyatt acquisition.
3 ieme visite , Akumal SIAN KAN et maintenant Téquila . La seule chose que j’ai à reprocher c’est la perte de nos points membres due au rachat de Hyatt .
