My recommendation is the Dream Jade Resort and Spas because we changed our package.

The agency states it's 20 minutes from the airport; by taxi, yes, but with the agency's bus, it's 1 1/2 hours. There's no representative at the hotel, and the beach is unswimmable, full of rocks—not small ones, but large ones that have been there for years. An agent from Trois-Rivières (I won't name her) referred us to this hotel. Unfortunately, I don't think she was well-informed about the problems I've described. I will never do business with that agent again.

Old but very clean
Vieux mais très propre
The hotel isn't new, but it's very clean and the staff is truly fantastic. The à la carte restaurants are excellent, as are the breakfast and dinner buffets.
