The Barcelo Bavaro Beach is located on the beautiful Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, in the same area as the Barcelo Bavaro Palace Deluxe, and is only 15 km from the airport. This adults-only resort offers a stay for its guests. This renovated complex features evening entertainment, a casino, and all-day activities. There is also a scuba diving center on-site. The resort has adapted its facilities to be easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility. There is also plenty of entertainment at the hotel pool. Finally, a golf package is available.

The hotel was nice but noisy...
Hotel bien mais bruyante...

It was difficult to sleep well... There was a lot of echo, staff talking very early in the morning and late at night, and the sound of furniture being moved from the upper floors could be heard throughout the hotel. There was also a lot of sargassum seaweed from July 20th to 26th, 2026. Aside from these negative aspects, we will return for the golf and the good restaurants.

The resort in general is very clean. The staff is attentive. As for the rooms, they could use a renovation. However, they are clean and the bed is comfortable. The proper à la carte restaurants are extra if you're not a Premium guest. In the other restaurants, the main course is served, and appetizers and desserts are presented buffet-style. It's disappointing, but the main courses are very good. The major annoyance is the "30 to 40 party boats" that pass by the hotel with loud music. They follow each other in a long line to regroup in the bay to the right of the hotel. An hour later, the same scenario plays out on the way back. Mother Nature wasn't kind to us. There was seaweed everywhere for seven days. As a result, the pools were overcrowded. On the plus side, there's a small pool where you can rent a cabanita with two lounge chairs for US$15/day to have some peace and quiet.

Le resort en général est très propre. Le personnel est attentionné.
Pour ce qui est des chambres, il serait temps de les rénover. Par contre, elles sont propres et le lit est confortable.
Les vrais restaurants à la carte sont payants si vous n’êtes pas Premium. Les autres restaurants, on nous sert le repas principal et entrées et desserts sont présentés sous forme de buffet. C’est décevant mais toutefois les plats principaux sont très bons.
L’irritant majeur, ce sont les «30 à 40 boats party «  qui passent devant l’hôtel avec la musique à tue-tête
. Ils se suivent à la queue leu leu pour aller se regrouper dans la baie à droite de l’hôtel. Une heure plus tard le même scénario pour le chemin du retour.
Dame nature nous à pas gâter. Des algues à profusion pendant 7 jours.
De ce fait, les piscines étaient surpeuplées.

Bonne chose, il y a une petite piscine où l’on pouvait louer une cabanitas avec deux chaises longues pour 15$ US /jour pour avoir la paix.
