The reservation of the à la carte restaurants is not very available at the times...the majority go for the Premium...disappointing Positive: Very friendly staff, spacious room, well-located hotel, I would return to this hotel, Negative: Buffet food is good but the food is cold. The à la carte reservation system needs to be reviewed, it's getting annoying to queue every morning, it should be done upon arrival for the choice of restaurant for the week, there was little availability for the hours, going to dinner at 9 p.m. is too late. Very strong waves for swimming.

La réservation des restaurants à la carte peu de disponibilité sur les heures...la majorité va pour le Premium....decevant Positif : Personnel très gentil ,chambre spacieuse ,hotel bien situé ,je retournerait à cet hôtel, Négatif : Bufet la nourriture est bonne mais mais les aliments sont froids .Système de réservation à la carte à revoir ,ça devient tannant de faire la file tous les matins ,ça devrait se faire à notre arrivée pour le choix de resto pour la semaine, il y avait peu de disponibilité pour les heure ,aller souper à 21hres c'est trop tard . Vagues très fortes pour se baigner .

Positive: We loved our trip. I was with my 16 year old girl. We had a room on the 7th floor. What a view! The pools, the sea and magnificent sunsets. Decent food and excellent service. The temperature was great. Hot, hot, hot. J am in my 15th trip to the south (3 in Mexico, one in Panama, Cuba 5, 2 Republic, one in nicaragua, las vegas, disney). I really go back any time at this hotel. Negative: Food a bit repetitive.

Positif : Nous avons adoré notre voyage. J`étais avec ma fille de 16 ans. Nous avions une chambre au 7e étage. Quelle belle vue! Sur les piscines, la mer et les couchers de soleil magnifique. Les repas étaient corrects et le service excellent. La température était super. Chaud, chaud et chaud.
