We went in January 2026, a magnificent trip!!! I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. You really feel like you're on vacation at this hotel. No one speaks French, it's peaceful, the jungle is lovely, and there are lots of trails to walk on! We went for a walk every day (different paths, we knew!). There are lots of parrots and monkeys at the hotel every day; you can see them very well in their natural habitat and hear them nearby too! There's a small farm with horses, cows, and also caged parrots fed to attract others to roam freely. At the spa, there's access to a quiet, cool pool! You don't need to reserve spots on the beach; the only neighbors are very far away at the end of the beach, and they're houses, no other hotels nearby. The food at the buffet is wow, different every day, with fresh fruits like pineapple and watermelon!! Also, hamburgers, chips, salsa, and fries are open (another restaurant for everyone). The menu includes steak, Chinese, and Italian options. We had Italian pasta with pesto—yum, delicious and tasty! The oven-baked pizza and steak were wow, really good! The steak meat is real (lots of well-cared-for cattle and farms there). The drinks were wow, really good, all kinds, and not too strong (like some places), with real fruit. Hotel room block 26 has a great view. In some places, you see more monkeys or parrots; near the jungle, you hear the monkeys. The rooms are a bit dated, but they're okay. The cleaning could be much better; it needs more scrubbing! It's not disgusting, and it doesn't smell moldy! The air conditioning and ceiling fan work, and there's a bracelet with a little chip to open the door—that's great. The show is every night and includes dancers, a comedy show, and singers. It's a really good concept, from about 9 to 11 am. Then at 11 am there's a disco; it seemed to be doing well. We were in block 26, you know, the place where it's held. It didn't keep us awake, but you can hear it a little. We rented a car (not through the hotel) and went to Montezuma (jungle hike and waterfall, we swam there, and it's free), 30 minutes from the hotel, and Santa Terresa (village to discover, shops, food, lots of beaches, sunsets), about an hour away. There are also plenty of other places to visit: volcanoes, etc. The staff is really nice! One spoke French, otherwise it's mostly Spanish and a little English. The Wi-Fi works everywhere and is free!!! (beach, pool, rooms). It was very crowded, especially on weekends with locals, but we never ran out of food! The pool was full, but we went to the beach or the relaxation pool (at the spas). We were there for a week. The flight is a maximum of 6 hours, but the return trip took a maximum of 5 hours (Montreal), and then it was a 3-hour bus ride. The scenery was so beautiful and there was so much to see (you might want to take two Gravol, haha, the roads are a bit crooked). But it was fine for us; we had an air-conditioned van and were alone! So I recommend this hotel!! Four of us stayed at this hotel and we all share the same opinion as me: PURA VIDA

Nous sommes partie en janvier 2026 voyage magnifique!!! Je vous le recommande tout étai parfait tu te sens vraiment en vacances a cette hotel pas de personne qui parle en français la paix, la jungle beaucoup de sentier pour marcher! Ont prenais une marche a chaque jour (chemin différents ont saventurais!) Beaucoup de perroquets et de singe a lhotel tout les jours ont les voit très bien dans la nature et proche ont les entend aussi! Petite fermette cheval vache et aussi perroquet en cage nouri pour attirer les autres en liberté, au spa accès a une piscine tranquille froide ! Plage pas besoin de réserver les place les seul voisin son très loin au bout de la plage et ses des maison, pas d'autre hôtel proche. La nourriture au buffet wow different a tout les jours les fruits ananas melon d'eau etc frais!! Aussi hamburger,chips salsa frite ouvert (autre restaurant pour tous) restaurant la carte steak chinois italien ont a prit italien pâte pesto miam délicieux goûteux pizza au four et steak wow vraiment bon la viande steak ses de la vrai (beaucoup de ferme et vache bien entretenu la bas )les drink wow vraiment bon de toute sorte et sa goute pas trop fort (comme certaine place) avec des vrai fruits. Chambre d'hôtel bloc 26 super de vue certain endroit tu voit plus les singe où perroquet, proche de la jungle ses les singe quon entend, les chambre son style vieux mes ses ok le ménage pourrais être vraiment mieux fait y manque de frottage!! Ses pas dégeulasse, sa ne sens pas la moisissure!! Air clim et ventilateur au plafond fonctionne et autre bracelet avec petit puce pour ouvrir la porte sa ses super. Pour le spectacle ses a tout les soir et ses danseur/show d'humour et chanteur/ en même temps ses vraiment un bon concept de 9h a 11h environ après a 11h tu a une discothèque sa avais l'air de bien marcher nous au bloc 26 tu voit la place ou sa se fait sa nous a pas empêcher de dormir mes tu l'entend un tout petit peu. Ont a louer un auto (pas avec l’hôtel) ont a été au montezuma(randonnée jungle et chute froide, ont ses baigner et ses gratuit) a 30 min de lhotel et santa terresa (village a découvrir boutique nourriture, beaucoup de plage, coucher de soleil)a 1h environ et il a aussi plein d'autre place a visiter volcan etc.. le personnel vraiment gentil!! Un parlais en français si non ses vraiment en espagnol et un peu en anglais le wifi fonctionne partout gratuit!!! (Plage piscine chambre) nous il avais beaucoup de monde et la fin de semaine des locaux mes jamais ont a manquer de nourriture!! La piscine est pleine mes nous ont allais a plage ou piscine relax (au spas) ont a été 1 semaine ses sur en avion ses maximum 6h mes pour revenir sa prix maximum 5h (montreal) et après ses 3h autobus mes le paysage tellement beau et beaucoup de chose a voir( a prendre 2 gravol ahah chemin croche) mes sa bien été pour nous ont avais une van climatisé et étions seul! donc je recommande cette hôtel !! Ont est 4 a avoir fait cette hôtels et tous partage la même opinion que moi

Family place, friendly, safe, extremely comfortable beds, very friendly staff, for the maniacs of swimming in the ocean rather disappointing, the water is always loaded with black sand which makes swimming unpleasant, nothing to do with the hotel, it's the nature of the bie which is like that I imagine.

Lieu familial, sympathique, sécuritaire, lits extrêmement confortables, personnel très sympa, pour la maniaques de nage dans l'océan plutôt décevant, l'eau est toujours chargée de sable noir ce qui rend la baignade désagréable, rien à voir avec l'hôtel, c'est la nature de la bie qui est comme ça j'imagine.
