Grand Bavaro Princess

Very large resort with lots of animals (pankerkin). Beautiful white sand beach with seaweed that they try to clean every morning. The restaurant service was quick. The food was good. The drinks in the lobby were good. The water slides were great for children. It was impossible to get two beds (one bed and one sofa bed). The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold. At the pool, you have to pay for the covered sunbeds by the pool. Otherwise, there are chairs and umbrellas further away. By the end of the day, the pool gets dirty. We were served in paper cups. The Wi-Fi disconnected frequently and didn't reach all areas.

Très grand site avec beaucoup d’animaux (pans). Belle plage de sable blanc avec des algues qu’on essaie de nettoyer à chaque matin. Le service au restaurant était rapide. La nourriture était bien. Les drinks au lobby était bons. Les glissades d’eau très bien pour les enfants

Impossible d’avoir 2 lits ( lit + 1 divan-lit). Le frigo dans la chambre n’était pas froid. À la piscine, on doit payer pour les lits couverts au bord de la piscine. Sinon il y a des chaises et des parasols plus loin. En fin de journée, la piscine devient sale. On nous sert dans des verres de cartons. Le wifi se déconnecte souvent et il ne se rend pas partout.

The food is good, the sea is beautiful despite the occasional sargassum seaweed, and the all-white party on the beach is really fun. It's a very large resort, but a train passes by frequently. A negative point is that there's no queue for the train; it's not first come, first served. The train arrives, and even if you've been waiting for 10 minutes and someone else has just arrived, they hurry and get on before you. Another negative point is that the staff, in general, aren't very friendly, they're rude, and you get the feeling you're bothering them. Even with good tips, you don't get a better welcome. But overall, I had a great week.

La nourriture est bonne , la mer belle malgré quil y a parfois des sargasses, le party en blanc sur la plage vraiment le fun . Tres grand site , mais un train passe souvent . Point négatif est quil n'y a pas de rang pour le train , cest pas le premier arriver , premier servi , le train arrive et meme si sa fait 10 minute que tu attends et que quelqu'un viens d'arriver il se dépêche et passe avant toi . Autre point négatif le personnel en général ne son pas tres souriant , bête et on sens que on dérange. Meme avec de bon pourboire on est pas mieux acceuilli . Mais en général jai passer une belle semaine

Platinum stay, impeccable service. Beautiful room. À la carte restaurants: easy reservations, quality food, special mention for Soho. Magnificent beach. I would return without hesitation.

The overall setting is nice, the nature surrounding the hotel is lovely, but on the other hand there is a huge amount of bird poop everywhere.

L'ensemble est, la nature qui entour l'hotel est bien mais par contre énormément de caca d'oiseau partout.
