Cold staff, particularly eager for tips. Beware of the so-called "concierges"! They're not there to help you, but rather to lure you into the clutches of the Royal Holiday Club, a membership program with particularly aggressive sales tactics. Real sharks! I unfortunately experienced this firsthand. Considered an "ideal candidate," I was subjected to relentless sales harassment. Despite my repeated refusals, the representatives continued to insist, even becoming insulting when I finally declined their offer. Initially, I was simply curious to learn more about this program. What was supposed to be a one-hour presentation turned into three hours of relentless sales pressure! I filed an initial complaint with the hotel, which yielded no concrete results. Worse still, a few days later, another "concierge" tried to enroll us in the same program! A second complaint followed, again with no results. Before the end of our stay, management explained to me that the Royal Holiday Club was an independent company, unrelated to the hotel. I then pointed out that the solicitations were nevertheless being made on the hotel premises by people presented as being part of the concierge service. It is therefore difficult for the hotel to completely absolve itself of responsibility for such practices. In short: an establishment that, in my opinion, absolutely does not deserve its five stars. Beyond the disappointing service, it is above all the sense of security and tranquility of the guests that is compromised. One comes to a hotel of this category to relax, not to be subjected to sales harassment and intimidating behavior. A profoundly disappointing experience. I do not recommend this establishment.

Attention aux soi-disant « concierges » ! Ils ne sont pas là pour vous aider, mais plutôt pour vous attirer dans les filets du Royal Holiday Club, un programme de membership aux pratiques commerciales particulièrement agressives. De vrais requins ! J'en ai malheureusement fait l'expérience. Considéré comme un « candidat idéal », j'ai subi un véritable harcèlement commercial. Malgré mes refus répétés, les représentants ont continué à insister, allant jusqu'à devenir insultants lorsque j'ai définitivement décliné leur offre. Au départ, j'étais simplement curieux d'en apprendre davantage sur ce programme. Ce qui devait être une présentation d'une heure maximum s'est finalement transformé en trois heures de pression commerciale incessante !
J'ai déposé une première plainte auprès de l'hôtel, qui n'a donné aucun résultat concret. Pire encore, quelques jours plus tard, un autre « concierge » a tenté de nous enrôler dans le même programme ! Une deuxième plainte a donc suivi, sans davantage de résultats.

Avant la fin de notre séjour, la direction m'a expliqué que le Royal Holiday Club était une entreprise indépendante, sans lien avec l'hôtel. J'ai alors fait remarquer que le démarchage se faisait pourtant dans les locaux de l'établissement, par des personnes présentées comme faisant partie du service de conciergerie. Il est donc difficile pour l'hôtel de se déresponsabiliser complètement de telles pratiques.

En résumé : un établissement qui, à mon avis, ne mérite absolument pas ses cinq étoiles. Au-delà du service décevant, c'est surtout le sentiment de sécurité et de tranquillité des clients qui est compromis. On vient dans un hôtel de cette catégorie pour se détendre, pas pour subir du harcèlement commercial et des comportements intimidants.

Une expérience profondément décevante. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

The large site was perfect for us as we love walking, but we didn't like the shuttle bus that ran far too often and on the pedestrian paths. The restaurants were very good. We wish there had been more large swimming pools since there was only one. The coffee shop was a fantastic idea; we loved it! Everything else was great; we had a wonderful stay!

Un grand site c'était parfait pour nous qui aimons marcher, mais la navette qui passait beaucoup trop souvent et sur les chemins piétons nous a déplut. Les restaurants sont très bons. Nous aurions aimé qu'il y ait plus de grandes piscines puisqu'il y en avait qu'une seule. Le coffee shop c'est une superbe idée nous avons adoré! Tout le reste était très bien nous avons passé un beau séjour!
