Everything about this hotel is excellent (Platinum). I went in 2025 and 2026 and it was truly exceptional. I'm going to try the other Princess hotels. Meals, room, staff, cleanliness, beach, service: 10/10. The beach servers (Claudio, Perez, Ramon) provided excellent and very friendly service. It was easy to book the all-you-can-eat restaurant. I never went to the buffet in 14 days. The food trucks are good :-) My only negative point in 2026 was that there were more visitors, so we had to book a spot on the beach around 7-8:00 AM to be very close to the shore. In 2025, there was no need to even book at 10:00 AM; there were plenty of spots available. The best part was the peacocks everywhere (over 50), very friendly, who came right up to us :-) Truly exceptional :-) Have a great trip!

Le plus beau , il y a des paons partout ( +50) très gentil .. qui viennent tout près de nous :-)

Good, but not a 5-star.
Bien mais pas un 5 étoiles
Very large resort with lots of animals (pankerkin). Beautiful white sand beach with seaweed that they try to clean every morning. The restaurant service was quick. The food was good. The drinks in the lobby were good. The water slides were great for children. It was impossible to get two beds (one bed and one sofa bed). The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold. At the pool, you have to pay for the covered sunbeds by the pool. Otherwise, there are chairs and umbrellas further away. By the end of the day, the pool gets dirty. We were served in paper cups. The Wi-Fi disconnected frequently and didn't reach all areas.

More... Less...Impossible d’avoir 2 lits ( lit + 1 divan-lit). Le frigo dans la chambre n’était pas froid. À la piscine, on doit payer pour les lits couverts au bord de la piscine. Sinon il y a des chaises et des parasols plus loin. En fin de journée, la piscine devient sale. On nous sert dans des verres de cartons. Le wifi se déconnecte souvent et il ne se rend pas partout.
