Overall a good experience, but a few points for improvement.
Belle expérience dans l’ensemble, mais quelques points à améliorer
A very nice, clean hotel with a beautiful, large beach and situated on a large, well-maintained property. The restaurants offer tasty meals, but reservations can be a hassle and the buffet lacks a bit of variety. A few downsides: there's clearly a need for an additional pool given the size of the resort, the air conditioning is difficult to adjust, and the peacocks can be quite noisy in the morning! 😅 You also have to walk quite a bit to find a more upscale coffee shop in the morning. Unfortunately, the tour operators are rather pushy. The cocktail selection is also limited, and some specialties, like the "Banana de Mama," weren't always available. The biggest annoyance, however, is the Wi-Fi: it's very unreliable, and even booking our plane seats the day before departure was quite a challenge. In short, a beautiful, clean hotel with a large property and good restaurants, but some services could definitely be improved.
Très bel hôtel, propre, belle grande plage et situé sur un grand site bien aménagé. Les restaurants offrent des repas savoureux, mais les réservations peuvent être chiants et le buffet manque un peu de variété.
More... Less...Quelques points négatifs : il manque clairement une piscine supplémentaire pour la grandeur du site, la climatisation est difficile à ajuster, et les paons peuvent être assez bruyants le matin! 😅 Il faut aussi marcher un bon bout pour aller chercher un café plus « fancy » le matin.
Les vendeurs d’excursions sont malheureusement assez insistants. Les choix de cocktails sont aussi limités et certaines spécialités, comme le « Banana de Mama », n’étaient pas toujours disponibles.
Le plus gros irritant reste toutefois le Wi-Fi : il est très instable et même réserver nos sièges d’avion la veille du départ a été tout un défi.
Bref, un bel hôtel propre avec un grand site et de bons restaurants, mais certains services pourraient définitivement être améliorés.

Everything about this hotel is excellent (Platinum). I went in 2025 and 2026 and it was truly exceptional. I'm going to try the other Princess hotels. Meals, room, staff, cleanliness, beach, service: 10/10. The beach servers (Claudio, Perez, Ramon) provided excellent and very friendly service. It was easy to book the all-you-can-eat restaurant. I never went to the buffet in 14 days. The food trucks are good :-) My only negative point in 2026 was that there were more visitors, so we had to book a spot on the beach around 7-8:00 AM to be very close to the shore. In 2025, there was no need to even book at 10:00 AM; there were plenty of spots available. The best part was the peacocks everywhere (over 50), very friendly, who came right up to us :-) Truly exceptional :-) Have a great trip!

Le plus beau , il y a des paons partout ( +50) très gentil .. qui viennent tout près de nous :-)
