Be Live Collection Canoa Adults Club

There are plenty horrible issues I've encountered with the resort, which completely ruined my holiday. I am requesting a full refund for the following reasons:
1.resort was advertised as Adult Only. I was put in "Adult Club", which had kids all over and I have proof. If I known, I would've never traveled there, as my main reason for travel was to get away from kids, and enjoy and Adult only vacation.
2.room safe only has 1 key. I've lost a key, and was told by the management that if I want my belongings from the safe(passport), I must pay 66USD. Later they were not letting my to board my bus, and were threatening to call the police if I don't pay this fee. I asked person who drilled my safe, if it's a common problem, and he said that he breaks 20 safes per week at least. This is clearn inefficient safe, which is being kept to make a lot of money off tourist who are stuck without passport and money.
3.VIP area, and many other areas are under construction. I have pictures of eating at the restourant next to a can of paint, and ongoing drilling and hammering. Did not enjoy my time at any facilities.
4.hotel staff is extremely unprofessional - never knocked on the door before entering my room(was cought naked by the housekeeper); every request I've made either on reception or waitresses was ignored and I had to ask multiple times to get what I'm asking( I don't eat pork, and asked not to add it to my dish, it was added almost every single time); many more.
5.resort was advertised as 5 star, which was a selling point to me as much as its being "adult only "resort. It would struggle to get 3 stars.
6. No life guards at the beach.
7. Hotel workers, and random locals on the beach are HARRASSING (to buy their cigars, tours, massage, or cocaine) tourists all day, to the point that people get up and leave.

lots of construction everywhere noise early in the morning noise of construction the empty trolleys that passed in the morning made an infernal noise on the sidewalk in front of our rooms, buffet closed too early like 10.15 in the morning lunchtime opening at 1 p.m. so nothing between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. no indication in the paths to find either for the buffet or restaurant or room, lots of debris of construction materials and junk from the fire everywhere on the site, employees who shout to speak to each other from a distance in front of our rooms, impossible to have reservations in the restaurants no representative at the hotel, paid for a VIP package but nothing more than the regular package in short the worst vacation of my life ... I request a total refund for 2438.00 + 130.00 paid on master card

plein de construction partout bruit tôt le matin bruit de construction les chariots vide qui passaient le matin fessait un bruit infernal sur le trottoir devant nos chambres, buffet fermé trop tôt genre 10.15 le matin le midi ouverture a 13 h donc rien entre 10h et 13 h
pas d'indication dans les chemins pour se retrouver soit pour le buffet ou restaurant ou chambre, plein de débris de matériaux de construction et de cochonnerie du feu partout sur le site , les employés qui crient pour se parler a distance devant nos chambres,
impossible d'avoir des réservations dans les restaurants pas de représentant à l’hôtel , payé pour un forfait VIP mais rien de plus que le forfait régulier
bref les pires vacances de ma vie ... je demande un remboursement total pour 2438.00 + 130.00 payé sur master card

Nice place but I recommend the VIP adults club for all the great little perks. If you wanted to be quiet in your room, don't take block 12. Positive: Vegetation VIP Junior Suite Negative: Ordinary buffet

Bel endroit mais je vous recommande le VIP adults club pour tous les petits avantages très intéressants. Si vous voulais être tranquille dans votre chambre ne prenait pas le bloc 12. Positif : Végétation

When we arrived, we were in building 7 and the room was not what we expected... the bathroom had mold, the bath enamel was peeling, the floor did not seem clean... we asked for a room change... after two days of efforts.... finally a new room. Positive: VIP pool, restaurants, VIP lounge (reserved bar), disco, second room. Negative: First room, not enough chairs at the beach for the VIP section, very steep and narrow beach so difficult to walk.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous étions dans me building 7 et la chambre n’était pas conforme à nos attentes... la salle de bain avait de la moisissure, l’émail du bain pelait, le plancher ne nous semblait pas propre... nous avons demandé un changement de chambre... apres deux jours de démarche.... enfin une nouvelle chambre. Positif : Piscine VIP, restaurants, salon VIP ( bar réservé), discothèque, deuxième chambre. Négatif : Première chambre, pas assez de chaise à la plage pour la section VIP, plage très abrupte et peu large donc difficile à marcher.
