The way the resort site is built can be difficult to navigate because there are so many paths between the buildings and there are so many rooms. Our room was nice, but it was also really due for renovations, it was seriously lacking in furniture (only one dresser, missing day curtains, faucets that wobbly, shower head that is hard to stay in place, only one small rusty trash can next to the toilet, bowl that has obviously never been cleaned, etc.). The beach had beautiful white sand, but a lot of seaweed, the beach vendors are really too pushy compared to other hotels I have been to, you practically have to hide from them if you don't want to be harassed. The buffet was good, I appreciated the diversity that there was each day. There is a SEVERE lack of chairs near the pools and the beach, it is ridiculous, it is probably the most negative point of the hotel. I had read the reviews of this hotel before leaving and it is true that on weekends there are a lot of Dominicans who come to stay, but we did not have any problems with them at all and there was enough food at the buffet and restaurants. On the other hand, the children monopolize the main pool and it is noisy, so keep that in mind if you want to be quiet. The activities were fun, the entertainers very friendly, the music was excellent. All in all, I would say that what made me like the hotel was really the staff, because it lacks renovation and organization.

La manière que le site du resort est construit peut devenir difficile à naviguer parce qu’il y a plein de chemins entre les bâtiments et il y a beaucoup de chambres. Notre chambre était belle, mais elle était aussi vraiment due pour des rénovations, il manquait cruellement de meuble (une seule commode, manquait les rideaux de jour, robinetterie qui chambranle, pomeau de douche qui a du mal à tenir en place, une seule mini poubelle toute rouillée à côté des toilettes, cuvette visiblement jamais nettoyée, etc). La plage avait du beau sable blanc, mais beaucoup d’algues, les vendeurs de plage sont vraiment trop insistants comparé à d’autres hôtels que j’ai fait, il faut pratiquement se cacher de eux si on ne veut pas se faire harceler. Le buffet était bon, j’ai apprécié la diversité qu’il y avait chaque jour. Il manque CRUELLEMENT de chaises près des piscines et de la plage, s’en est ridicule, c’est probablement le point le plus négatif de l’hôtel. J’avais lu les commentaires de cet hôtel avant de partir et c’est vrai que le week-end il y a beaucoup de dominicains qui viennent séjourner, mais nous n’avons pas eu de problème avec eux du tout et il y avait assez de nourriture au buffet et aux restaurants. Par contre, les enfants monopolisent la piscine à principale et c’est bruyant, donc à tenir en compte si vous voulez être tranquille. Les activités étaient amusantes, les animateurs très chaleureux, la musique était excellente. Somme toute, je dirais que ce qui m’a fait aimer l’hôtel c’est vraiment le personnel, car ça manque de rénovation et d’organisation.
