The buffet is okay, we are in Cuba, there is a lack of dishes at the buffet, only one a la carte dinner and it is still impossible to get a place, no activities, a walk of at least 15 minutes or more to the beach, no toilets near the beach, I would return to Varadero but never again to this resort

See complaint below. I'd say it's more of a 3-star! Positive: Beautiful beach. Negative: Very disappointed. We had to wait two days for them to replace our fridge in the room, which wasn't working. We had to throw away insulin... we almost ran out because of that!!!
Voir plainte plus bas. Je dirais plutôt que c’est un 3 étoiles! Positif : Belle plage. Négatif : Très déçue. On a dû attendre deux jours avant qu’ils changent notre frigo qui ne marchait pas dans la chambre. On a dû jeté de l’insuline... on a failli en manquer à cause de ça!!!
