Très bel endroit.

Great place. There's a bit of a lack of activities for kids and shade when we can't open the umbrellas. But great service and very polite and kind staff. Special mention to Julian at the buffet 😊

Very nice hotel, well located, beautiful beach but did not suit us as a couple, there were almost only families with lots of children, so very noisy. Positive: Friendly and efficient staff, very nice room, very clean. Negative: I did not like the food in the restaurants (buffets and a la carte restaurants) lots of dishes in sauce, not much choice of grilled meats, little or no seafood. All the dishes regardless of the country or their names were originally Mexican!!!!

Très bel hotel, bien situé, plage magnifique mais ne nous a pas convenu étant un couple, il y avait presque uniquement des familles avec beaucoup d'enfants, donc très bruyant. Positif : Personnel gentil et efficace, très belle chambre ,très propre. Négatif : Je n'ai pas aimé la nourriture dans les restaurants ( buffets et restaurants à la carte) beaucoup de plats en sauce, pas beaucoup de choix de viandes grillées, peu ou pas de fruits de mer. Tous les mets peu importe le pays où leurs noms étaient mexicains à la base !!!!

The Beach Palace is a high quality hotel where the focus is much on the consideration and respect of the guest, which is very important to us. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is always available to meet our needs for the reception, room service, bar service, entertainment and others. Positive: Availability and kindness of staff. Cleanliness of places. We enjoyed being able to take outside the lunch (pizza or cafeteria) and the evening on the grill (very good) Negative: The food could be better and have more choices of restaurants. Asian: very good and good. Italian: Expeditious and the food is poor.

Le Beach Palace est un hôtel de grande qualité où l'accent est beaucoup axé sur la considération et le respect du client, ce qui est beaucoup important pour nous.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
Le personnel est toujours disponible pour satisfaire nos besoins que ce soit au niveau de l'accueil, du service à la chambre, du service de bar, de l'animation et autres. Positif : Disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel. Propreté des lieux.
