Hotel Fiesta Americana Costa Verde has failed to win over its customers because it has started losing customers from its previous owner (Blau Costa Verde). The hotel is losing its rating. This year I was there 5 times in 2 weeks and noticed a significant deterioration in the evening shows. The contract was signed with singers, a dance group, and a water show group with less than professional staff. For 2 weeks, there was never a mango at the buffet, and only 2 times were bananas. The new owners changed the chef, and perhaps he himself left, many new waiters at the buffet and in the bars. The new rule is to gather everyone. Coming for the second time or more to the VIP restaurant was not a very good idea. Instead of a pleasant stay and communication, we had headaches because of the noise and long service. There were more than 100 people in a small room. And the most unpleasant thing is that an old woman got food poisoning, she was lying under a drip for 3 days, and then on the same day my two friends and 3 others were sick. I'm sure there were many such people suffering from poisoning due to the unsanitary conditions in the kitchen. I think such massive food poisoning will reduce the rating of the hotel to 3 stars. It's a pity that there is a good sea, but I would not advise anyone to spend a vacation in this hotel and I will not come myself. Hôtel Fiesta Americana Costa Verde n'a pas réussi à gagner ses clients car il a commencé à perdre des clients de son ancien propriétaire (Blau Costa Verde). L'hôtel perd sa note, cette année je fus 5 fois en 2 semaines et remarquai une détérioration significative des spectacles du soir, le contrat fut signé avec des chanteurs, un groupe de danse et un groupe de spectacle aquatique avec des professionnels moins professionnels. Pour 2 semaines au buffet il n'y avait jamais de mangue, et seulement 2 fois étaient des bananes. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont changé le chef, et peut-être lui-même a quitté, beaucoup de nouveaux serveurs dans le buffet et dans les bars. La nouvelle règle est de rassembler tout le monde. qui est venu pour la deuxième fois et plus au restaurant VIP n'était pas une très bonne idée.Au lieu d'un séjour agréable et de la communication, nous avons eu mal à la tête à cause du bruit et du long service. Il y avait plus de 100 personnes dans une petite pièce. Et la chose la plus désagréable c'est qu'une vieille femme a été intoxiquée par la nourriture, elle était couchée sous un compte-gouttes pendant 3 jours, puis le même jour mes deux amis et 3 autres étaient malades. Je suis sûr que de telles personnes souffrant d'empoisonnement étaient nombreuses à cause des conditions insalubres dans la cuisine. Je pense qu'une telle intoxication alimentaire massive réduira la note de l'hôte à 3 étoiles. Dommage qu'il y ait une bonne mer, mais je ne conseillerais à personne de passer des vacances dans cet hôtel et je ne viendrai pas moi-même. Positif : Soleil, air et mer, chambres, climatiseure seulement dans la section PLUS Négatif : intoxication alimentaire, spectacles en soirée, etc.,

Well maintained hotel and beautiful vegetation. Helpful staff and very kind. Positive: Room in the most very clean. Restaurants a la carte good especially the gourmet (French). Beach ok especially if the water is clear, we can see where are the rocks. Pool in the most very good. Negative: Buffet very ordinary and sometimes questionable smell. Toilet away from the beach and beach restaurant not famous. Lack of lighting towards blocks 16-17-18. We were changed from 26 to 18 and we never knew the real reason. We had a lot of abdominal cramps - stomachaches - diarrhea. Surely we will not go back to this hotel even though the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hôtel bien entretenu et belle végétation. Personnel serviable et très gentil. Positif : Chambre dans le plus très propre. Restaurants à la carte bon surtout le gourmet( Français). Plage ok surtout si l'eau est claire, on peux voir où sont les roches. Piscine dans le plus très bien. Négatif : Buffet très ordinaire et parfois odeur douteuse. Toilette loin de la plage et restaurant de la plage pas fameux. Manque d'éclairage en direction des blocs 16-17-18. On nous a changé de bloc du 26 au 18 et on a jamais su la vraie raison. Nous avons eu beaucoup de crampes abdominales-maux de ventre - diarrhée. C'est sûr et certain que nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel même si le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Very nice week of vacation. From my 6 trips to Cuba, this hotel is the one I have most enjoyed staying. Positive: I was in the plus section and was very satisfied. The room was clean. Housekeeping done very well and the fridge stocked every day. The front desk, bar and buffet staff are very courteous, smiling and kind. I was also pleasantly surprised with the food at the buffet. It was really good. Special thanks to the 4 trainees at the buffet and at the bar who served me during my stay: Thank you Alain, Alex, Jorge and José! Negative: The beach is not as beautiful as that of Varadero. I do not know if it's after hurricanes in the summer but there are a lot of rocks and corals. The wearing of water shoes is necessary to prevent foot injuries.

Très belle semaine de vacances. De mes 6 voyages à Cuba, cet hôtel est celui où j'ai le plus apprécié séjourner. Positif : J'étais dans la section plus et j'ai été très satisfait. La chambre était propre. Le ménage très bien fait et le frigo rempli à tous les jours. Les employé(e)s de la réception, au bar et au buffet sont très courtois, souriants et gentils. J'ai aussi été agréablement surpris de la nourriture au buffet. C'était très bon.

Un merci spécial aux 4 stagiaires au buffet et au bar qui m'ont servi durant mon séjour: Merci Alain, Alex, Jorge et José! Négatif : La plage n'est pas aussi belle que celle de Varadero. Je ne sais pas si c'est suite aux ouragans de l'été mais il y a beaucoup de roches et de coraux. Le port de souliers d'eau est nécessaire pour éviter les blessures aux pieds.
