The food is fine, we're in Cuba, but the menu remains the same all week with only minor variations. Room cleaning only came after the third day, but oh well. The snack bar is just average. The entertainment was good, the shows were decent. The beaches are beautiful, but during our stay the weather wasn't great, so they weren't really cleaned and were full of seaweed and all sorts of debris. The pool is nice, but it was too cold to enjoy it.

Nourriture on s'entend qu'on est a cuba mais le menu reste le meme toute la semaine a quelques variantes près, service de nettoyages des chambres son passer seuleument apres le troisieme jour mais bon, le snack bar est ordinaire . Bonne animation spectacle correct les plages sont belles mais a notre sejour il na pas fait tres beau alors elle na pas vraiment ete nettoyer donc pleine d'algues et de débris de toutes sorte. La piscine est belle mais il a fait trop froid pour en profiter.

The hotel leaked from the ceiling during the rains. The room had bedbugs and the TV didn't work. The buffet didn't vary (except for desserts) and it was cold. The beach had a lot of seaweed. The shows were very disappointing; the audience chose the dancers most of the time. The music at the pool was very loud. One section was closed for renovations; no one was working on it, so when will it reopen? Basically, there was a lack of budget.
