Don't miss the steakhouse buffet. Very beautiful site with the water pools and the pink flamingos. Positive: The staff is very courteous and friendly. Not too many harassing salespeople. Negative: Seaweed on the beach but they pick it up every day. Lack of lounge chairs on the beach reserved early

Excellent value for money, we would return! Positive: The beautiful garden with birds and ducks.. The fact that the beach is extensive and it is the last beach next to a wild beach; there are fewer people and you can breathe.. Negative: Lack of ceiling fans in the lobby; it is hot! The hotel shop is VERY expensive.

Luis Andres's welcome put us off for 2-3 days. If the hotel is not ready to welcome people before 4 p.m., we have to SAY so. We will leave our place of origin at the latest and arrive after 4 p.m. at the hotel. Positive: Chambermaid: her great attitude reconciled me and made me want to enjoy my stay. The bartenders are great. The lady who makes the omelets in the morning: we love her!!!!! Negative: Luis Andres at the reception. Unable to explain to us why we cannot access our room. On the other hand, if you speak Spanish, he is truly your best friend. Nonsense. He sadly reminds us how injustices are commonplace in his beautiful country... The waiters in the large central restaurant (not the waitresses). They are simply stupid, we ignored them from the 2nd day. The room smelled of mold++++++++++ it was terrible! I still feel sick about it.
L’accueil de Luis Andres nous a refroidis pendant 2-3 jours. Si l’hotel N’est pas prêt à accueillir les gens avant 16h, il faut le DIRE. Nous allons partir au plus tard de notre lieu d’origine et arriver après 16h a lHotel. Positif : Femme de chambre: sa belle attitude ma réconciliée et elle m’a donné envie de profiter de mon séjour. Les barmen sont géniaux.

Les serveurs du grand restaurant central ( pas les serveuses). Ils sont tout simplement bêtes, nous les ignorions dès la 2e journee.
La chambre sentait la moisissure++++++++++ c’était epouvantable! J’en ai encore le mal de coeur.

The water is magnificent despite some days there is more seaweed but that really didn't stop me from enjoying the sea Positive: Unpretentious hotel good for family, friends or couples Negative: No rhythmic Latin music on site.. from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. there is a clear lack of atmosphere at most a saxophone or violin player which is sleepy.
