Sargassum seaweed is very prevalent and exposes the site to foul odors depending on the winds. The hotel tries to control the beach, but sometimes the seaweed problem is too much for them. The French restaurant is magnificent. The seafood restaurant doesn't have enough variety. The steakhouse serves an exquisite filet mignon. The service at the other restaurants is very average. The buffets are very varied, and most of the servers are pleasant and attentive. The room was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The housekeeping service was impeccable.
