We ate very well, but the wine was terrible; it tasted like mamajuana (the drink of the Republic). I don't know much about wine, but enough to know that when wine is brown, it doesn't taste good. There weren't many people at the hotel (in June), so there was no problem finding beach chairs, either by the sea or on the beach. But in high season, it must be a big problem, and many were broken. It's a small, quiet, adult-friendly resort. I liked it, but not the wine!
Nous avons très bien manger , mais le vin est très mauvais il goûte la ( mamajuana ,la boisson de la République ) je ne m y connais pas très bien en vin mais assez pour savoir que quand le vin est brun ,ca ne goûte pas bon . Pas beaucoup de monde a l hotel ( Juin ) alors pas de problème pour les chaises de plage soit a la mer ou a la plage mais en haute saison ca doit être un gros problème et beaucoup sont brisées . petit site adulte tranquille . J ai bien aimée mais pas le vin !

I'm a frequent visitor to Cuba, so I went without too many expectations. I'd read some reviews saying there was a lack of shade, the chairs were all broken, and the towels weren't always changed. Personally, I went when the hotel wasn't full, which made it easier to find what I was looking for. It's true that palapas on the beach and umbrellas by the pool should be added. However, I didn't encounter any problems. As for the furniture, it's a bit dated, but not most of the chairs are old. I ended up getting a fresh towel in my room every day except the last two. No worries, I had microfiber towels! Otherwise, I really loved the beach. It's very clean, just sand. The water is beautiful, and you can walk for ages in it. The buffet is tiny, but I always found something I liked, and it was good! The flora and fauna are magnificent. The rooms were clean, well air-conditioned, and there was plenty of hot water! I encountered staff who were attentive to my comfort and incredibly kind! A special shout-out to Elvin, who was fantastic, and to the woman at the beach bar! I especially loved the woman who made the eggs in the morning! Overall, I sincerely enjoyed my experience.
Je suis une habituée de Cuba alors j'y allais sans trop d'attentes. J'avais lu certains commentaires comme quoi il manquait d'ombre, les chaises etaient toutes brisées et les serviettes pas toujours changées.
More... Less...Pour ma part, j'y suis allée alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet ce qui aide à trouver ce que l'on veut. Il est vrai que des palapas à la plage et parasols à la piscine devraient être ajoutés. Cependant, je n'ai pas rencontré de soucis.
En ce qui concerne le mobilier, il est vieillissant mais ce ne sont pas la majorité des chaises qui sont désuètes.
Finalement, j'ai eu une nouvelle serviette a ma chambre tous les jours sauf les 2 derniers. Pas de stress, j'avais des serviettes de microfibres !
Sinon, j'ai beaucoup aimé la plage. Elle est très propre, sable seulement. L'eau est belle et on peut y marcher longuement.
Le buffet est minuscule mais j'y ai toujours trouvé mon compte et c'était bon!
La faune et la flore sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont propres, bien climatisées et aucun manque d'eau chaude!
J'ai rencontré du personnel soucieux de mon confort et ultra gentils! Je salue Elvin qui etait fantastique ainsi que la femme au bar de la plage! Coup de coeur pour le femme qui faisait les oeufs le matin!
En gros, j'ai apprécié mon expérience sincèrement.

Very nice relaxing place, enjoy the pool or massages as it is more peaceful and that's what I wanted. Staff at the spa excellent, received two great massages, barmaid of the day in the lobby less smiley and difficult approach, very clean pool, room too and good food.

An outdated place that is in dire need of repair.
Endroit désuet qui a grandement besoin de reparations,
This is not a 4-star hotel... three notches below El Portillo, which is a 4.5. There's a glaring lack of chairs in the rooms, on the beach, everywhere! We arrived during a storm and had to wait over two hours to get to our room. There was too much water to get to, and water, 1 to 2 cm deep inside, in what they called a "superior room." After a week, our observations are that management has absolutely no intention of investing in renovations, even minor ones, to improve the place. Very disappointing because the location is nice due to its proximity and the size of the site. In short... very disappointed with this place.

Less...Manque flagrant de chaises dans les chambres , à la plages , partout quoi !!!!!.Nous sommes arrivés pendant une orage, obligé d'attendre au dessus de 2 heures pour prendre possession de notre chambre , il y avait trop d'eau pour nous rendre et de l'eau , 1 a 2 cm à l'intérieur "" chambre superieur"" à leurs dires.Après une semaine , nos observations sont que la direction n'a aucunement idée d'investir dans des rénovations , même mineures pour ameliorer l'endroit , très décevant car l'endroit est sympathique par sa proximité et la grandeur du site.
En gros....très déçu de cet endroit .......
