The hotel is already 21 years old and it shows a bit, especially in the rooms, but I must say, it is clean. During my 4 visits I have not seen any cockroaches anywhere. The pool is very well maintained and the beach is very beautiful. In the buffet you always find something good, the à la carte restaurant is good. Very friendly staff. Take mosquito repellent with you ... Positive: Very beautiful beach, cleanliness, staff. Negative: If you come when Cubans are on vacation, you will wait 30-40 minutes for a hamburger or fries at the grill on the beach. They order 10-15 at a time.

L'hôtel a déjà 21 ans et ça paraît un peu surtout dans les chambres, mais il faut dire, que c'est propre. Pendant mes 4 visites je n'ai pas vue des cafards nulle part. La piscine est très bien entretenue et la plage est très belle. Dans le buffet on trouve toujours quelque chose de bon, restaurant à la carte est bonne. Personnel très amical. Prenez un chasse moustique avec vous ... Positif : Très belle plage, propreté, personnel. Négatif : Si vous venez quand les Cubains ont des vacances, vous allez attendre 30-40 minutes pour un hamburger ou frites au grill sur la plage. Ils en commandent 10-15 à la fois.

Between the airport and the hotel it takes 2 hours and gravel because the road is so disgusting that you'll feel like you're on safari... You can't go shopping, it's in the middle of nowhere. The nearest village is 40 km away. I only drank one pina colada but it wasn't even good because they make it with salt water. Saving a whole year for that is enough to cry. Positive: Nice staff, the entertainment team is good... The Sunwing agent is nice but doesn't know much, he always has to call the general office for the slightest information. I wanted to change hotels and he was never able to advise me on anything, it seemed impossible even though I offered to pay the difference. It took 6 days before I finally had access to wifi. Negative: Almost no people so perfect for a jealous couple or to relax. You can hear the music very late so ask for the furthest room (with the air conditioning you can't hear the music). No disco. Food (you really shouldn't be picky). Not even papaya in the morning. The beach is full of pips that stick to the skin and hurt.... Mosquito bites in abundance to the point that it's very difficult to sleep, it stings everyone.

Entre l'aéroport et l'hotel ça prends 2 heures et du gravol pcq le chemin est tlm dégueux que tu auras l'impression d'être en safari ... Tu peux pas aller magasiner c'est en plein milieu de nul part. Le village le plus près est à 40 km. J'ai bu un seul pina colada mais il n'était même pas bon pcq ils le font avec l'eau salé. Économiser toute une année pour ça c'est assez pour pleurer. Positif : Personnel gentil, l'équipe d'animation est bien... L'agent sunwing est gentil mais ne sait pas grand chose, il doit toujours appelé au bureau général pour la moindre info. J'ai voulu changé d'hotel et il n'a jamais pu me conseiller su quoi que ce soit ça avait l'air impossible même si j'avais offert de payer la différence. Ca prit 6 jours avant d'avoir enfin accès au wifi. Négatif : Presque pas de monde donc parfait pour un couple jaloux ou pour relaxer. On entends la music très tard donc demandez la chambre la plus loin (avec l'air clim on entends pas la music). Aucune discothèque. Bouffe (faut vrm pas être difficile). Même pas de papaye le matin. La plage est pleine de pipics qui colle à la peau et fait mal.... Piqures de moustiques en masse à tel point qu'il est très difficile de dormir tlm ça pique.

For a supposed 4 star hotel, the pool was disgusting due to some people (users) who were drinking, smoking and leaving their cigarette butts, glasses and straws around and in the pool; no civility or consideration for others. This is the first and last time at this establishment. Positive: Friendly and very helpful staff. Negative: Cleanliness around and in the pool due to some people, buffet invaded by too many people resulting in a flagrant lack of food and other things.

Pour un supposé 4 étoiles , la piscine était dégelasse dû à certaines personnes (usagers) qui buvaient, fumaient et laissaient leurs mégots, verres et pailles autour et dedans la piscine; aucun civisme et considération pour les autres. C'est la première et dernière fois à cette établissement. Positif : Personnel sympathiques et très aidants. Négatif : Propretés autour et dans la piscine dû à certaines personnes, buffet envahis par trop de personnes résultant à un manque flagrant de nourriture et autres.

Lovely staff, ideal place to relax away from everything. Sorry I won't be back. Positive: warm sea, clean rooms, ideal pool for children. Negative: after 6 p.m. mosquitoes galore, impossible to stay outside. For children, nothing, mini-club closed and no entertainment or park. 2 hours drive from the airport.

personnel charmant, endroit idéal pour se reposer loin de tout. désolé je ne reviendrai pas Positif : la mer chaude, propreté des chambres piscine idéale pour les enfants Négatif : après 18hre des maringouins en quantité impossible de rester dehors. Pour les enfants rien mini-club fermé et aucune animation ni parc. 2 hres de route de l aéroport
