Buenaventura Grand Hotel And Great Moments

The tables in the lobby are dirty, as are the small tables and chairs by the pool, which are poorly maintained. The beach chair cushions need cleaning and are uninviting. There's been a lot of neglect over the past two years. And let's not forget the disgusting toilets in the lobby and on the beach. The hotel management needs to redo its duties. Many people like myself who have stayed at this hotel several times have noticed numerous shortcomings. Thank you.

Les tables dans le lobby sale ainsi petite table et chaise piscine manque d’entretien. Sûr la plage coussin de chaise besoin de nettoyage pas invitant. Beaucoup de laisser aller depuis 2 ans. Et ne pas oublier toilette lobby et plage dégoûtant. Ils ont besoin de refaire leur devoir l’administration de l’hôtel. Plusieurs personnes comme moi qui vont à cette hôtel depuis plusieurs fois ont constaté plusieurs lacunes. Merci

The staff had difficulty understanding us on site. They only spoke Spanish. The beach was extremely rocky. Overall, good. Thank you.

Le personnel à de la difficulté à nous comprendre sur le site..parle seulement l’espagnol. La plage extrêmement rocailleuse. Dans l’ensemble bien. Merci

Difficulty making ourselves understood in French, very good service but not fast at the buffet, for coffee in the morning there could be a self-service station, we loved the themed dinners, special thanks to Edgar, Francia, Liticia, Edwardo, Sylvestre. Very nice vacation!!!

The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting the city and its surroundings. The staff doesn't speak French, and few speak English, so communication is rather difficult. The soundproofing in the rooms is almost nonexistent; we wait for almost everything. The food is good and sometimes cold. The meals at the à la carte restaurants are excellent, especially the SUNSET on the oceanfront. There are plenty of rocks all along the beach. One of the two pools is often closed for various events, so vacationers reserve chairs very early in the morning. The majority of the waiters and bartenders are very helpful to their guests. The hotel, overall, is very clean. In the evening, the music, when there is any, is ordinary. There is an activities program for a good part of the day. A big thank you to Mirta and Fernando for their dedication.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfaite pour visiter la ville et ses alentours. Le personnel ne parle pas le français, peu parle anglais donc la communication est plutôt difficile. L'insonorisation dans les chambres est presque nul, nous attendons presque tout. La bouffe est bonne et parfois froide. Les repas des restaurants à la carte sont excellents, en particulier, le SUNSET sur le bord de l'océan. Il y a plein de roche tout le long de la plage. Une des deux piscines est souvent fermée pour divers évenements, donc les vacanciers réservent les chaises très tôt le matin. La majorité des serveurs(es) et barmans sont très aux services de leurs clients. L'hôtel, dans son ensemble est très propre. Le soir,la musique, lorsqu'il y en a: est ordinaire. Il y a un programme d'activités une bonne partie de la journée. Un gros merci a Mirta et Fernando pour leur dévouement.
