disappointed with the $65 fee to have the room before 4 o'clock because our plane arrived at 11 o'clock a.m. If we don't pay the $65 we will have had our luggage with us until 4 o'clock.

I loved Caesars Palace. It's worth paying a $40 upgrade (negotiable) per night for a room with a view of the Bellagio fountains. Magnificent.
