The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and lush with vegetation. The beach is magnificent, clean, and spacious, offering plenty of palapas. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with many speaking French. Furthermore, the food is very good and varied, especially at the themed buffet, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. While the food is generally well-received, the buffet can sometimes feel repetitive, and a few of the à la carte restaurants are occasionally disappointing.

Attention aux " 5 étoiles "
Activities 4: Too much sex dancing by the pool (not just for adults). Other things in the evening at reception, more for children. Room 5: The photo on the Discount Travel website doesn't show that there's no mosquito net on the balcony door. So we had mosquitoes galore. Room service: deplorable. At 4 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned, and we called reception to at least get clean towels. They arrived an hour later! Beach 7: A 4-meter-wide strip of seaweed along the edge of the beach. Restaurants 6: 9 at the Japanese restaurant and 3 at the Chinese restaurant (inedible fish, one person in the toilet all the following night).
Activites 4: beaucoup (trop) de sex dans la danse à la piscine (pas juste adultes ). Autres choses le soir à la réception, plutôt pour enfants
More... Less...Chambre 5: dans la photo sur le site des Voyages à Rabais on ne voit pas qu'il n'y a pas de moustiquaire à la porte du balcon. Alors on a des moustiques à volonté. Le service à la chambre: déplorable. A 4 PM la chambre n'était pas faite et on a appelé la réception pour avoir des serviettes propres aux moins. Sont arrivés une heure après !
Plage 7: une bande de 4 mètres de large d'alges au bord de la plage
Restaurants 6: 9 au japonais et 3 au chinois ( poisson non mangeable, une personne dans la toilette toute la nuit suivante).

Not much variety at the buffet. The wine was watered down. The beach chairs need replacing. Unfortunately, there was a lot of sargassum seaweed on the beach. This hotel is a 4-star, not a 5-star.
Pas beaucoup de variété au buffet. Le vin était dilué avec de l’eau.

I really appreciated all the services: the staff were attentive, the food was varied, the à la carte restaurants were very good with quick service. In the lobby, the sports bar wasn't too noisy, there was a dedicated coffee area that was excellent, and an ice cream bar. However, there were two problems to report: the toilets by the Caribbean pool were not working most of the time. Fortunately, my room was accessible as it was close to the pool. And I unfortunately left a small gold chain in my room (and forgot to put it in the safe the evening we arrived and it disappeared. Despite everything, I had a good time in this hotel. I really appreciated all the services: the staff was attentive, the food was varied, and the restaurants were very good with fast service. J'ai vraIment apprécié tous les services: personnels était à l'écoute, nourriture variée, restaurents à la carte très bon avec un service rapide. Au lobby, Sport bar par trop bruyant, endroit seulement pour le café excellent et bar à crème glacé. Toutefois, 2 problèmes à signaler: Toilette de la piscine du coté Caribe pas fonctionnel la plupart du temps. Heureusement, ma chambre était accessible car non loin de la piscine. Et J'ai malheureusement laissé une petite chaine en or dans ma chambre (et oublié de mettre dans le coffre le soir de notre arrivé et elle a disparue. Malgré tout j'ai passé un bon moment dans cette hotel.
