Negative: It's difficult to find good coffee before 10 a.m. On weekends during the low season, hundreds of Dominicans arrive at the resort, causing lines of several minutes at the bars and buffet. There's a very sexist dress code at the buffet. Positive: There are three small pools overlooking the ocean, which are very pleasant. There's also a very pretty and quiet little private beach.

Overall, a good hotel for the price. No real negatives, but some things could be improved. For example, more activities for children and better accessibility throughout the hotel grounds. Also, rooms could be cleaned and checked before being given to guests.

Hôtel bien en général pour le prix payé. Pas vraiment de négatif, mais certaine chose pourais être améliorée. Comme plus de choses pour les enfants et plus d'accessibilité dans tout le site de l'hôtel, sinon entretien et vérification des chambres avant de laisser aux clients

Nice place, well located and easy to get around exploring the town of Sosua. The staff is generally welcoming, although some seem a bit inexperienced. The hotel is at full capacity when locals arrive, from Friday evening until Sunday at 3 pm. It's really unpleasant: lots of noise in the hallways, the pools are full, they don't respect the 18+ spa pool, and the buffet, wow, it's absolutely packed. You have to queue, and some people cut in front of everyone to join others at tables and sit down without permission... In any case, I would have avoided the weekend, haha! On the other hand, the buffet is very good, with plenty of choice and not too much repetition during the week. Another negative point: no 24-hour restaurant, and no cafes before 7 am.

Bel endroit, bien situé et facile pour sortir explorer la ville de Sosua. Le personnel est en général accueillant, même si certains manquent un peu d'expérience.
L'hôtel est à pleine capacité quand les locaux arrivent, du vendredi soir jusqu'au dimanche 15h. C'est vraiment désagréable : beaucoup de bruit dans les corridors, les piscines sont pleines, ils ne respectent pas la piscine spa 18 ans et plus et au buffet, ouf, c'est plein à craquer. On doit faire la file et certains passent devant tout le monde pour rejoindre des gens aux tables et s'assoient sans autorisation... En tout cas, j'aurais évité la fin de semaine, haha!
Par contre, le buffet est très bon, avec beaucoup de choix et pas trop de répétition durant la semaine.

Autre point négatif : pas de resto 24h, ni de café avant 7h.

Très calme en semaine à partir du vendredi 16 hrs jusqu’au dimanche très désagréable les locaux arrivent aucun respect crie ds les corridors le soir et la nuit , pousse les gens au buffet musique très forte le soir et tôt le matin
