⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magnificent stay! The food was excellent with plenty of choice. The spa is exceptional, perfect for relaxation. The beach is superb and very well maintained. Our room with a swim-out pool was simply amazing. The staff is warm and attentive. We leave with wonderful memories. We recommend this hotel without hesitation! 🌴☀️💙

Everything was perfect except for the buffet, which was a shame. Breakfast was fine. But for lunch and dinner, there are always three counters: one for appetizers, another for the Poké bar, and the rest for pizza, vegetables, and seafood, which are the same every day. It's ideal for people who eat vegetables, but there's no cheese or other different cuisine like at other hotel buffets. I was disappointed about that because Mexican food is always delicious and abundant, but not here! The à la carte restaurants get 10/10. P.S.: The bars only open at 11:00 AM for alcohol and drinks.

Tout était parfait sauf pour le buffet c’est dommage. Le déjeuner ça va . Mais le midi et souper c’est toujours 3 comptoirs un pour des genre d’entrées l’autre le bar à Poké et le reste pizza légume et fruit de mers , qui sont tout les jours pareil , idéal pour les personnes qui mangent des légumes mais il y a pas de fromage et d’autres gastronomie différente comme à d’autres buffets d’hôtel j’ai été déçu pour ça car le Mexique c’est toujours délicieux et en opulence mais pas la ! Pour les restaurants à la carte 10/10 ps: les bars ouvrent seulement à 11h pour l’alcool et les breuvages .

We really enjoyed this hotel. We especially appreciated its accessibility (we had a trolley with us for the children). We loved the walk-in closet in the room; with children, space is limited in a regular room. This was perfect.
