Very beautiful place, this is our fourth visit.

A little less choice at the Buffet but we know the cause (fire) but the site is still as magnificent

It was necessary to pay for an upgrade but it was worth it!
Il a fallu payer un "upgrade" mais ça en a valu la peine!
When we arrived, the room was clean but extremely smelly. We were told it was because the room had just been repainted... so I don't know what they put in their paint, but it really stinks! We paid $300 to upgrade the room and it was perfect! Beautiful room, very large, very well maintained, king bed, fridge always well stocked. Very well maintained site, beautiful hotel, fairly quiet... not a lot of activities. If you don't want to see Quebecers, this is the place! ;) Lots of French, Italians, Argentinians.
À notre arrivée, chambre propre mais extrêmement malodorante. On nous dit que c'est parce que la chambre venait d'être repeinte... alors je ne sais pas ce qu'ils mettent dans leur peinture, mais elle pue vraiment!
More... Less...Nous avons payé 300$ pour changer de niveau de chambre et là ça été parfait! Magnifique chambre, très grande, très bien entretenue, lit King, frigo toujours bien rempli.
Site très bien entretenu, bel hôtel, assez tranquille... pas énormément d'activités.
Si vous ne voulez pas voir de Québecois, c'est l'endroit! ;) Beaucoup de Français, d'Italiens, d'Argentins.

Ideal for family vacations!
Idéal pour vacances en famille!
Very clean hotel, great staff, appetizing buffet. Only downside: limited seating in the restaurant (due to a recent fire limiting seating) and few activities for teens aged 11-15. But magnificent beach for lovers of underwater wildlife!
Hôtel très propre, beaucoup de personnel, buffet appétissant. Seul bémol: peu de places au restaurant (en raison d'un incendie récent limitant les places) et peu d'animations pour ados 11-15 ans. Mais magnifique plage pour les amoureux de la faune sous-marine!

Very beautiful, one of the best
Très beau, un des meilleurs
Unfortunately I flew with Sunwing, I was supposed to travel the same day as my sister and my mother but they decided to make a nasty one-day delay so I was very disappointed. Other than that, transportation to the hotel was perfect, the reception very courteous. I upgraded to the royal side, the drinks excellent, impeccable service, and the room had no problems! Everything works well. I ate at the Thàlassa and it was excellent! The Bloved could be better but even the buffet was passable. The pools are very beautiful too. The only flaw with the royal sides, you would swear it was a center from the golden age! It lacks action like a disco. A variety of music would also be appreciated. Doing Bachata every evening…. Meh? The entertainment guys are very funny. Most of the staff are not there to harass you so that's good! Also my return to go to the airport was very pleasant and not stressful. Thanks again! I'm definitely going back next year.
Malheureusement j’ai volé avec Sunwing, J’étais censé de voyager la même journée que ma sœur et ma mère mais ils ont décidé de faire un méchant délai de une journée donc j’étais très déçu. À part de ça, transport à l’hôtel était parfait, la réception très courtois. J’ai fait un upgrade pour aller au côté royal, les boissons excellente, Service impeccable, et la chambre avait aucun problèmes! Tout fonctionne bien. J’ai manger au Thàlassa est excellent! Le Bloved pourrait être mieux mais même le buffet était passable. Les piscines sont très belles aussi. Le seul défaut aux côtés royale, on jurait c’est un centre de l’âge d’or! Il manque d’action comme une discothèque. Une variété de musique aussi ça serait apprécié. Faire de la Bachata chaque soirs…. Boff? Les gars de les animations sont très drôle. La majorité des personnels sont pas là pour vous harceler donc ça c’est bien! Aussi mon retour pour aller à l’aéroport était très agréable et non stressant. Merci encore! Je retourne l’année prochaine c’est sur.
