The site is very beautiful but has a few glitches.
Site très beau mais avec quelques ratés
We really liked the hotel; it was clean and surrounded by lush greenery. There was no musty smell in the rooms or anywhere else in the hotel. The restaurants were generally good, except for one raw shrimp ceviche. The shrimp were gray, so we didn't try it. The beach wasn't amazing, but we expected that given the season.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, propreté et nature verdoyante. Aucune odeur d’humidité dans les chambres ni nulle part dans l’hôtel. Les restos étaient somme toute bons, à part un ceviche de crevette crues. Les crevettes étaient grises alors on s’est abstenus de goûter. La plage pas extraordinaire mais on s’y attendait vu la saison.

This was our 5th visit to this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, but it is getting old. Some items are starting to lose their original quality. We were initially allocated a room on the 3rd floor despite our request for a ground floor room, given our limited capacity. This item was very correctly corrected the next day. The staff was very responsive to our needs. A very pleasant environment and a stay that met our expectations...
ce fut notre 5ieme visite a cet hotel, c,est un bel hotel mais qui vieillit certains items commence a perdre de leur qualité originale. Nous furent d,abord attribuer une chambre au 3ieme étage malgré notre requete d,une chambre au rez de chausse compte tenu de notre capacité limité cet item fut tres correctement corrigé tot le lendemain , le personnel fut des plus réactif a notre condition. Employees' attitude towards customers is really very questionable

I was there a week ago... the site is magnificent but the quality of the food in the restaurants is really not very good. Apart from Elisabeth at the lobby bar, we have the feeling that the employees are not happy to serve us!!! No smiles! They don't look us in the eye... really the quality of the service needs to be improved... I will not return to this hotel...
J’y étais il ya une semaine… le site est magnifique mais la qualité de la bouffe dans les restos est vraiment pas très forte. À part Elisabeth au bar du lobby on a comme sentiment que les employés ne sont pas heureux de nous servir !!! Aucun sourire ! Ils ne nous regardent pas dans les yeux… vraiment la qualité du service est à refaire… je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel…

Low Season and customers paid the price!

Everything seemed beautiful at first... Check-in was endless! Our honeymoon turned into a nightmare when we were caught up in a "Time sharing" meeting. We were unable to leave this meeting. Our refrigerator did not work despite our requests to replace it. The sellers on the site and the beach were so insistent that everything became unpleasant. Reserving a restaurant was impossible because there were no places available even though they were empty... Disappointment at the beach invaded by seaweed! The site is very beautiful but all the inconveniences made this trip most disappointing.
Tout semblait beau au départ … L’enregistrement à l’arrivée a été interminable ! Notre voyage de noces tourne au cauchemar quand nous sommes pris dans une rencontre de « Time sharing » Incapable de partir de cette rencontre. Notre frigidaire n’a pas fonctionné malgré nos demandes de le remplacer. Les vendeurs sur le site et la plage sont tellement insistants que le tout devient désagréable. Réserver dans un restaurant est impossible car il n’y a pas de places disponibles alors qu’ils sont vides … Déception au niveau de la plage envahie par les algues! Le site est très beau mais tous les désagréments viennent rendent ce voyage des plus décevants.
