Decent hotel at a good price!
Hôtel correct à bon prix!
Negative points: - No beach (lots of sargassum seaweed) - Strong sulfur smell in certain areas of the resort due to the sargassum seaweed - No variety at the buffet and very few choices (same thing all week long) - Remove your jewelry before going in the pool... Silver turns black and gold turns orange/red very quickly ☹️ - Musty and damp smell in the room Positive points: - Very clean pool and exterior of the resort! - Clean room despite the smells - Very good cocktails at the bar - Excellent evening shows at the theater - Daily entertainment at the pool It's worth the price paid, but nothing more 🤷♂️

- Enlever vos bijoux avant d’aller dans la piscine… L’argent devient noir et l’or devient orange/rouge très rapidement☹️
- Odeur de moisissure et d’humidité dans la chambre

- Pisicine et propreté extérieur du resort très propre!
- Chambre propre malgré les odeurs
- Très bon cocktails au bar
- Excellents spectacles le soir au théatre
- Animation chaque jour à la piscine

Of all the trips we've taken, this was one of the worst.
Sur tout les voyages que nous avons fait, c'était un des moins bons.
The hotel grounds were generally fine. However, there was a foot-thick layer of seaweed on the beach, and the smell was awful throughout the entire property. Several employees were working very hard to clean it up, and there were several 10-wheel trucks and trailers leaving with tons of seaweed, but even after a week, there was still enough left to take days and days of work. Luckily, there was a dolphinarium a 10-minute walk away that we visited every morning. This helped make our stay bearable.
Le site de l'hôtel en général était bien. Mais Il y avait une épaisseur de plusieurs pieds d'algues sur la plage, et l'odeur était infernal sur tout le site. Plusieurs employés travaillaient très fort à ramasser le tout, et il y avait plusieurs camions 10 roues et des remorques qui sortaient avec des tonnes d'algues, mais même après une semaine, il en restait pour des jours et des jours de travail. Heureusement qu'il y avait un site avec des dauphins à 10 minutes de marche que nous allions voir chaque matin. Ceci a contribué à rendre notre séjour acceptable.

I stayed there for a week in April with my family, and I do not recommend this hotel. For a stay in Mexico, I expected better (given that it claims to be a 4-star hotel). I was very disappointed.

Beach not very accessible because of the rocks
Plage pas très accessible à cause des rochers
Excellent room, bathroom needs updating. The bathtub is clean but painted over to hide rust. The beach isn't very accessible due to rocks, and the buffet is the same every day, but the food is good.
Chambre excellent, salle de bain à refaire baignoire est propre mais peinturé pour cacher la rouille plage pas très accessible a cause des roches et buffet se répète tout les jours la même chose mais la nourriture est bien

Disappointed for the price paid

The beach isn't nice; the sand is nice, but not good for swimming. There are plenty of chairs available at the beach, but not enough at the pool! There are signs on every umbrella saying not to reserve chairs, and everyone ignores them! We went for breakfast at 8:00, and almost all the chairs were already reserved. Be aware that if you haven't paid for the privilege section, you don't have access to all the restaurants, and it's very expensive if you want to have dinner there.

More... Less...Beaucoup chaise de disponible a la section plage mais manque de chaise au piscine ! Il a des pancarte a chaque parasol de ne pas réservé de chaise et tout le monde le fait ! On allais déjeuner a 8:00 et les chaise était deja pas mal toute réserver.
Attention si vous n'avez pas payer pour la section privilège vous n'avez pas accès a tout les restaurants et très dispendieux si vous désirez aller souper la
