Great hotel in a great location
Super hôtel bien situé
We were three sisters and we absolutely loved our stay; we would have loved to stay another week! The food was excellent, the evening entertainment and shows were fantastic, the renovated room was great, and the staff was welcoming—we loved everything! There's a lovely little beach, well-maintained and cleared of sargassum seaweed, with rentals for snorkeling. Plus, you can easily walk around the area and go see the dolphins for free. The only downsides were the poorly soundproofed room door and the leaky shower. We would definitely go back!
Nous étions 3 sœurs et on a adoré notre séjour, on serait même restées une semaine de plus! Nourriture excellente, animation et spectacles en soirée géniale, chambre rénovée super, personnel accueillant, on a tout aimé! Belle petite plage entretenue et nettoyée des sargasses avec location pour faire de la plongée en apnée. En plus, on peut aisément se promener aux alentours et aller voir les dauphins sans frais. Seul point négatif est la porte de chambre mal insonorisée et la douche qui fuie. On y retournerait sans hésiter!

Disastrous stay
Sejour catastrophique
97% humidity, dried sargassum seaweed on the beach, my partner suffocating, no way to get help, spent the night in the reception hall, and returned to Canada the next day on a night flight (a second sleepless night). Such an experience has never been encountered in my 50 years of traveling the world. We are still waiting for a response from the tour operator and Air Canada Travel.
Humidite a 97%, algues sarcgasses seches sur la plage, asphyxie de ma conjointe, impossibilite d.avoir des secours, paase la nuit au hall de la reception, et retour le lendemain au Canada par un vol de nuit (2e nuit blanche0. Une telle experience n.a jamais ete vecue durant ces 50 ans de voyage a travers le monde. On attend toujours la reaction du voyagiste et de Voyage Air Canada

Decent hotel at a good price!
Hôtel correct à bon prix!
Negative points: - No beach (lots of sargassum seaweed) - Strong sulfur smell in certain areas of the resort due to the sargassum seaweed - No variety at the buffet and very few choices (same thing all week long) - Remove your jewelry before going in the pool... Silver turns black and gold turns orange/red very quickly ☹️ - Musty and damp smell in the room Positive points: - Very clean pool and exterior of the resort! - Clean room despite the smells - Very good cocktails at the bar - Excellent evening shows at the theater - Daily entertainment at the pool It's worth the price paid, but nothing more 🤷♂️

- Forte odeur de souffre à certain endroits sur le resort à cause des sarguasses…
- Aucune variété au buffet et très peu de choix (même chose à longueur de semaine)
- Enlever vos bijoux avant d’aller dans la piscine… L’argent devient noir et l’or devient orange/rouge très rapidement☹️
- Odeur de moisissure et d’humidité dans la chambre
Point positif:
- Pisicine et propreté extérieur du resort très propre!
- Chambre propre malgré les odeurs
- Très bon cocktails au bar
- Excellents spectacles le soir au théatre
- Animation chaque jour à la piscine
Ça vaut le prix payé mais sans plus🤷♂️
