We had a lovely week, apart from the sargassum seaweed. We couldn't swim in the sea, nor even go to the market; they told us it's been there for three months and will continue until December. The service at the buffets was poor, and the staff seemed jaded. The room had a small wardrobe door that wouldn't open. It's a 4-star hotel, no more.
Passé une belle semaine mise à part les sargasse pas pu se baigner dans la mer, ni même marché il nous on dit que ça fait 3 mois et ca va perduré jusqu'en décembre et le manque de service au buffets le staff à l'air blasé . La chambre petite porte de garde robe qui n'ouvre pas hotel 4* pas plus

A lovely week with a great staff. The hotel is older but very clean. Note that the à la carte restaurants aren't great; we ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. The portions at the à la carte restaurants are small. The only one I would recommend is the sushi restaurant, which isn't a buffet (lunch, dinner, and dinner). The entertainment team was amazing. The hotel is a bit older and could use some TLC.

Never a 5-star place, I wouldn't give more than 3.5 stars, and that's very generous. Everything is described in detail. The buffet is cold, and what should be very cold is actually warm, like the meats, deli meats, and cheese. Low-quality buffet, yuck!
