Old hotel but very clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. Some rooms didn't have hot water, but that wasn't the case for us. The buffet was repetitive but good.

I spent a week there and it was good. The beach is beautiful and there are two pools. One of them was very quiet in the bungalow section. What I found most difficult was the lack of variety in the buffet menu, but I expected that. The service was good, even excellent when you tip; otherwise, some bartenders can make you wait. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bungalow section.

We lacked nothing (water, food, etc.). We don't go to Cuba for the cuisine but for the beauty of the beaches and the Cubans, a welcoming, smiling and resilient people.

Nous n’avons manqué de rien (eau, nourriture, etc …). Nous n’allons pas à Cuba pour la gastronomie mais pour la beauté des plages et des Cubains, peuple accueillant, souriant et résilient.
