The staff works miracles with nothing. The problem is the supply of food and drinks. I came back 10 pounds lighter, I had to receive IVs to rehydrate. Everyone is sick, even the people who live there who were invited to the hotel. The Brisas Santa Lucía should be closed. And we pay a crazy price for it. Very disappointed and sad
Le personnel fait dès miracle avec rien. Le problème c’est l’approvisionnement en nourriture et boissons. Je suis revenu 10 livres en moins, j’ai du recevoir des intraveineux pour me réhydrater. Tout le monde est malade, même les gens qui vivent là bas qui ont été invités à l’hôtel. Le brisas Santa Lucía devrait être fermé. Et ont paye un prix de fou pour ça. Très déçu et triste

I was there last year. They didn't do any major repairs other than replacing the pool liner. I had the same room and it's really deteriorated, mold on the walls. Banana mattresses... and honestly the mattresses should be covered with a plastic protector to prevent bedbugs... Positive: The staff is very pleasant. I knew what to expect from the hotel and I accept the star rating. I only came back for its staff... which hasn't changed. The employees are numerous and work very hard and are all available for you. Negative: Serious lack of renovation, ventilation system in the rooms non-existent, worrying mold in the rooms... repetitive food worse than last year... The reality is that it takes 4 hours between Holguin and Santa Lucia by transport, the road is impassable for several km. The flight must be made from Camaguey without delay. All the passengers were very disappointed with the transport, it makes us want to come back more...
L an passé j y étais. Il n on pas fait de réparation majeur a part remplacer la toile de la piscine. J'ai eu la même chambre et elle est vraiment détériorée moisissure sur les murs. Matelas banane....et sincèrement les matelas devraient être recouvert d'un protecteur plastique pour éviter les punaises de lit..... Positif : Le personnels des plus agréable. Je savais a quoi m attendre coté hotel et j accepte le nombre d'étoile j y suis revenu que pour son personnels...qui n a pas changé. Les employés sont nombreux et travaillent tres fort et tous disponible pour vous. Négatif : Manque criant de rénovation, système de ventilation dans les chambres inexistant moisissure inquiètant dans les chambres....nourriture répétitive pire que l an passé.... La réalité est que ca prend 4 hre entre Holguin et Santa Lucia en transport la route est impraticable a plusieurs km. Le vol doit ce faire a partir de Camaguey sans attendre. Tous les passager ont été très déçu du transport ca nous donne plus envie de revenir....

I would not recommend this site. To enjoy this place, you must have immensely low standards. Do not eat meat, fish, dairy products, or mayonnaise. Do not swim at night. Bring products for skin and ear infections. Bring earplugs. Bring food in your suitcase. Positive: The price. Nightclub right next door. Bicycles, sailing tour, and kayaking included in the price. Interesting shows. Hot water in the room. Snorkeling possible at the beach and near the old rusty dock on the far left of the site. Negative: Ants and a lot of mold in the room. Cockroaches in the cafeteria: on the floor, on the chairs, and on the tables. Some of the staff members lack manners and are extremely rude. Polluted water and presence of garbage in the water. I have had several ear infections. A lot of algae and lobsters wandering where tourists walk, in the water. Lots of prostitution near the hotel. Lots of noise until 2 AM. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs.. Lots of noise during the day with the entertainment, so difficult to sleep... Buffet with flies. Dishes remixed with other dishes after several days. Old soups are mixed together, food is not rotated in the dishes... No attractions nearby. Very small rooms. Blocked shower. Extra charge for the safe. Site not recommended for homosexuals.

Ne vous baignez pas la nuit. Amener des produits pour infection de peau et d'oreilles. Amener des bouches oreilles. Amenez de la nourriture dans votre valise. Positif : Le prix.

Coquerelles dans la cafétéria: par terre, sur les chaises et sur les tables.
Certains membres du personnel manque de savoir vivre et sont des plus grossiers.
Eau polluée et présence de déchets dans l'eau. Jai eu plusieurs infections d'oreilles.
Énormément d,algues et homards se baladant où les touristes marchent, dans l'eau.
Beaucoup de prostitution près de l'hôtel.
Beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 2AM. Impossible de dormir même avec des bouches oreilles..
Beaucoup de bruit durant le jour avec l'animation, donc difficile de dormir...
Buffet avec des mouches. Plats remélangés avec d'autres plats après plusieurs jours. On mélange les soupes vieilles ensembles, on ne fait pas la rotation de la nourriture dans les plats...
Aucune attraction à proximité.
Chambre très petites. Douche bouchée.
Supplément à payer pour le coffre fort.
Site non recommandé aux homosexuels.
