What a load of crap... never again this hotel, even though I'm a regular visitor to Cuba.

The pillow was covered in mold. The buffet had no juice or fruit in the morning, and for a week there were no eggs. I had to eat in the restaurant every day. There was no rum or brandy. I had to speak to my Air Transat agent, and the next day I got some brandy. There was a little fruit at the buffet. This went on for three days! Three sleepless nights before I realized I had to use a towel because the mattress was too hard. I had hip surgery, and so did my boyfriend, who couldn't walk anymore. I had to give him my cane. My other friend also has difficulty walking, so the mattresses are outdated. Plus, there was a smell of feces in the toilets. The door was very easy to open without a key. Another friend of mine fell and fractured ribs because of a hole in the concrete floor right next to the bar. They repaired it two days later. Several outdoor chairs had prongs that popped up from the seats, and I tore my underwear!
oreiller avec plein de moisissure le buffet pas de jus et pas de fruits le matin une semaine pas d'oeuf j'ai été obligé d'aller au restaurant à tous les jours... aucun Rhum ni de brandy j'ai été obligé de parler à mon agente d'Air Transat et le lendemain j'avais du brandy il y avait des quelques fruits au buffet cela a duré 3 jours !!! 3 nuits à pas dormir avant de comprendre que je devais mettre une serviette parce que le matelas était trop dur moi qui a été opéré pour une hanche et mon copain aussi et mon copain ne marchait plus j'ai dû lui passer ma canne mon autre ami avec des difficultés à marcher aussi donc les matelas sont désuets en plus des odeurs de merdes dans les toilettes. Porte très facile a ouvrir sans clef . un autre de mes amis a tomé et s est fracturé des côtes a caus d un trou dans le plancher de ciment situé juste a côté du bar. ils l ont réparé 2 jours après. Plusieurs chaises extérieurs avec des broches qui rélève du sièges et j ai déchiré des culottes !!!
