I filed a complaint with Guest Services, who promised me a refund for one night's stay of US$361.35, depending on the time of year, on January 24, 2026. I received nothing. I sent a letter to the head office in Trois-Rivières because the last communication was on March 10, 2026, and no one else has contacted me. I am very disappointed with this service. Obviously, when I expressed my desire to file a complaint, I was told: good luck. So I would like a settlement as promised by Guest Services at the Cofresi Palm Beach and Resort Hotel (US$361 for one night). My family of four other people arrived one day before me, on January 17, 2026. For more information, please contact me. Thank you.
J’ai fait une plainte au Guest service qui m’a promis un remboursement de une journée nuit un jour de remboursement de 361,35 us dépendament du tôt us le 24 janvier 2026.. je n’ai rien eu..j’envoie une lettre au siège social de Trois Rivière car la dernière communication a été le 10 mars 2026.. et personne d’autre a communiqué avec moi.. je suis très déçu de ce service.. evidemment quand j’ai formulé mon désir de faire une plainte, on m’a dit: bonne chance.. alors j’aimerais un règlement tel que promis par le Guest service de l’hôtel Cofresi Palm Beach and Resort.. Disappointed with my first two rooms. The first room had no air conditioning and it was 30 degrees Celsius. We were moved to the second room, which was 28 degrees, but there were insects! The third room was very nice! The food is good and varied. There are LOTS OF STEPS!!! It's not a luxury hotel, but it's decent. The beach is clean but not beautiful; the water isn't translucent, and the sand is brown and rocky. There are many bars and pools. Good for children too.
Déçu de mes 2 premières chambres, la première chambre nous avions pas d'air climatisé il faisait 30 degré. Nous avons été transféré et dans la deuxième chambre, il faisait 28 degré mais nous avions des insectes ! Troisième chambre très bien!! La nourriture est bonne et diversifié. Il y a BEAUCOUP DE MARCHES!!! Ce n'est pas une hôtel de luxe mais c'est correct. La plage est propre mais pas belle eau non translucide et sable brun et des roches. Beaucoup de bars et de piscines. Bien pour les enfants aussi
