Positive: Beautiful beach with plenty of sun loungers. The staff is very professional. Very good food. Negative: My room wasn't ready when I arrived at 8 pm. I waited over two hours to get in. I also had to wait over two days for a refrigerator in my room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and there was a lot of water leaking onto the floor.

We loved our trip, the beach was beautiful. The buffet was good and the à la carte restaurant was very good. The staff was welcoming. The only downside was the main pool (the one with the bar), which was very dirty. Excellent value for money, I recommend it. - Francois

A beautiful beach with lots of palm trees that provide shade all day long, and super friendly staff. Even if you don't speak Spanish, they'll direct you to someone who can answer you in English and French. The downside of the beach in the Dominican Republic is the locals who literally harassed us all week, even though we told them no. They'll come back to you several times, taking turns because each one is trying to sell different products.

Our first room was very disappointing due to its filth (mold, crooked faucet, leaky patio door) and its view overlooking an area used for hotel storage, in addition to being right next to the stage, making it very noisy when we wanted to go to bed (around 10 pm). The second room was better (acceptably clean and in a quiet area).

Notre première chambre était très décevante par sa saleté (moisissure, robinet tout croche, porte patio non étanche) et par sa vue sur secteur qui servait de rangement à l'hôtel en plus d'être tout juste à coté du ''stage'' donc très bruyant lorsque nous voulions nous coucher (nous voulions nous coucher vers 22h). La 2e chambre était mieux (Propreté acceptable et dans un secteur tranquille).
