A very pleasant week of vacation! For the price, it was perfect. Lots of Quebecers of a certain age, very friendly atmosphere. Positive: Smiling and friendly staff. Clean room with sea view. Silent air conditioning. There is no beach per se...they have set up landings that give us access to the sea. You need to have water shoes and ideally a mask to see all the little fish! Negative: There aren't really any...the food maybe but it's Cuba and a 2 1/2 star doesn't give much choice... The pool closes a little too early.
Une semaine de vacances qui a été fort agréable! Pour le prix ,c’était parfait. Beaucoup de québécois de certain âge, ambiance très conviviale. Positif : Personnel souriant et aimable. Chambre propre avec vue sur la mer. Air climatisé silencieuse. Il n’y a pas de plage proprement dit...ils ont aménagé des paliers qui nous donne accès à la mer. Il faut avoir des souliers d’eau et idéalement un masque pour voir tous les petits poissons! Négatif : Il n’y en a pas vraiment...la bouffe peut être mais c’est Cuba et un 2 1/2 étoile ça donne pas beaucoup de choix...

If you like camping, this is your place because you never know what to expect….you have to make do with what they have…..Electricity or not…...Hot water or not…..Beach chairs or not…..Table service or not……. Positive: Sun, and all the rooms have a view of the sea, sunrise and sunset lovers this is your place……..The natural pool is really good. Bar and cafe available 24 hours a day. Negative: Too many Cubans for Valentine's Day......and no respect for their country...leaves plates full of food on the tables and takes plates full of cake which they bring to their room…..leaves their glasses, papers and other garbage on the floor…..and walks in front of you without even apologizing at the bar and buffet and more…….
Si vous aimez faire du camping, c'est votre place car vous ne savez jamais a quoi vous attendre….il faut faire avec ce qu'ils ont…..Électricité ou pas…...Eau chaude ou pas…..Chaises de plage ou pas…..Service au table ou pas……. Positif : Soleil, et toutes les chambres, ont la vue sur la mer, amateur de lever du soleil et coucher du soleil c'est votre place……..La piscine naturelle, c'est vraiment bien. Bar et café disponible 24 heures sur 24. Négatif : Beaucoup trop de Cubains pour la St-Valentin......et pas de respect pour leur pays...laisse des assiettes pleines de bouffe sur les tables et prend des assiettes au complet de gâteau qui les apporte dans leur chambre…..laisse par terre leur verres, papiers et autres déchets…..et passe devant vous sans même s'excuser au bar et au buffet et plus…….

Thank you for the discounted trips! :) Positive: All-inclusive sun, tranquility, friendly staff. My room was perfect, just as I had requested, and with a refrigerator. Negative: Lack of lounge chairs on the beach, many are outdated. Cuban visitors on weekends are really disrespectful, waste food, fill their plates and leave half. The buffet lacks choice....

Guaranteed warmth in Santiago de Cuba. However, bring your mosquito repellent for when night falls. Positive: Excellent entertainment team, especially Omara, the person in charge. Magnificent seawater pool/pond. Negative: Unfortunately, little to no fish at mealtimes. Only 3 times of the same variety in 2 weeks. Clearly insufficient for people who don't eat meat.
Chaleur assurée à Santiago de Cuba. Cependant, apportez votre chasse-moustiques lors de la tombée du jour. Positif : Excellente équipe d'animation, et plus précisément Omara, la personne en charge.
