The staff is courteous but will not make any language effort to accommodate a Francophone. The meals are perfect. The beach very beautiful. The nudist beach is certainly the most attractive attraction of this hotel. However it is too expensive to pay for access to a nudist beach. Negative: Abundance of cats in the cafeteria. The activities if they can be reserved for a certain clientele, the others are excluded. Despite my level of lifeguard, I was denied access to scuba diving. I was asked to pay a course in the pool to dive. I will not be taken back anymore.

Les activités si peut soit elles sont réservés à une certaine clientèle, les autres sont exclus.
Malgré mon niveau de plongeur sauveteur, je me suis vu refusé l'accès à la plongée sous marine .
On me demandais de payer un cours en piscine pour pouvoir plonger.
On ne m'y reprendra plus.

We were served upon our arrival until the end of our stay. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. Positive: The staff really takes into account our needs and desires. They are very friendly and very sociable. We are vegetarians and they have always managed to adapt their menu to us without flinching and with pleasure. The beach was beautiful and very well maintained each morning. Our room was always cleaned well. It really is a peaceful place and it is certainly not a place disco every night and we loved that. Negative: The downside is that if people go there to visit, they will be quite limited, as it does not have much place to visit and it was not much activity. There are many tourist attractions within Mexico. The last few days I must admit that I found long time ... There was some entertainment and evening shows, but not often. At the beach, I found very little. We do not have enough room to walk along the beach. We were quickly turn.

Négatif : Le point négatif est que si les personnes vont là pour visiter, ils seront assez limités, car il n'a pas beaucoup d'endroit à visiter et il n'a pas beaucoup d'activité. Il y a beaucoup moins d'attraits touristiques que le Mexique. Les dernières journées je dois avouer que j'ai trouvé le temps long... Il y a eu quelques animations et spectacles en soirée, mais pas souvent. Au niveau de la plage, je l'ai trouvé très petite. Nous n'avons pas assez de place pour marcher en longeant la plage. Nous faisions vite le tour.
