Crown Paradise Club Cancun

A really great place to go with children; there's everything to keep them entertained. The only negative point was the food, which was just okay, nothing special.

We are a family of four and stayed at the Crown Paradise Club Cancun in April. It was without a doubt our favorite of all the 4 and 4.5-star hotels we stayed at (in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba). The hotel is perfect for families. Both children and adults will find something to enjoy: several water slides for all ages, a mini-golf course, a climbing wall, a zip line, and a tennis court. There's also a games room and a cinema, which is a big plus for varying the activities. The water facilities are excellent with three good-sized pools, so they're never too crowded. The beach is also a huge highlight: big waves perfect for having fun and jumping in—our children loved it, and so did we! By comparison, we were in Cancun a few months earlier, in January, at the Royal Solaris Cancun, and it was a complete disappointment. The difference between the two hotels is truly striking. In short, if you're looking for a dynamic, fun, and family-friendly resort, Crown Paradise Cancun is an excellent choice. We would definitely go back!

Nous sommes une famille de 4 et avons séjourné au Crown Paradise Club Cancun au mois d’avril. C’est sans aucun doute notre coup de cœur parmi tous les hôtels 4 et 4,5 étoiles que nous avons faits (au Mexique, en République dominicaine et à Cuba).

L’hôtel est parfait pour les familles. Les enfants comme les adultes y trouvent leur compte : plusieurs glissades d’eau pour tous les âges, un mini-golf, un mur d’escalade, une tyrolienne (zip line), ainsi qu’un terrain de tennis. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux et un cinéma, ce qui est un gros plus pour varier les activités.

Les installations aquatiques sont excellentes avec 3 piscines de bonne taille, donc jamais trop bondées. La plage est aussi un énorme point fort : de grosses vagues parfaites pour s’amuser et sauter dedans — nos enfants ont adoré, et nous aussi !

Pour comparer, nous étions à Cancun quelques mois plus tôt, en janvier, au Royal Solaris Cancun, et ce fut une déception totale. La différence entre les deux hôtels est vraiment marquante.

En résumé, si vous cherchez un resort dynamique, amusant et parfaitement adapté pour une famille, le Crown Paradise Cancun est un excellent choix. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

We were harassed by two tourists over chairs; they told us to get lost, yelled at us, etc. The staff did nothing, nor did the security guards. The tourists even stole things we had left on the chairs, and the staff did nothing. The floor was so slippery, and there were no yellow signs warning of it. Even being careful, we saw several people fall or nearly fall. I myself slipped and fell twice in the same spot, which landed me in the hospital. $3,000 Canadian later, I have to go back to Quebec for further treatment. As for restaurants, we had to make reservations by 8:00 a.m., and with a high Wi-Fi surcharge, it was difficult to even manage to book. We weren't able to try a quarter of the restaurants. On the other hand, the housekeeping service was impeccable! Our wristbands with chips kept deactivating themselves, and we were constantly at the concierge desk to reactivate them.

Nous nous sommes fait harceler par deux touriste pour des chaises, il nous envoyais promener, nous criais dessus etc. Le personnel ne faisais rien, les agents de sécurité non plus. Les touriste nous on même volé des choses déposer sur les chaises et le personnel n’a rien fait. Le plancher était tellement glissant et sans pencarte jaune pour dire que le plancher l’était. Même en faisant attention nous avons vue plusieurs personnes tombé ou passé proche de tombée. Pour ma part j’ai glisser et tombé deux fois à la même endroit. Ce qui m’a mener à l’hôpital. 3000$ canadien plus tard je doit retourner consulter au Québec. Pour ce qui est des restaurants nous devions réserver des 8h le matin, avec une surcharge sur le wifi, difficile devions réussir à réservé nous n’avons pas pu essayer le quart des restaurent. Par contre le service au chambre côté ménage était impeccable ! Nos bracelets avec puce se désactivais à rien nous étions constamment à la conciergerie pour les réactive.
