Superb hotel for children
Superbe hôtel pour les enfants
Perfect hotel for children! They don't have a moment to be bored. The Kids Club activities are super well-organized every evening. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning, although a bit noisy, and good water pressure and hot water in the shower. The food is good and there's a lot of variety at the buffet, but it's always the same. The beach is beautiful, with lots of waves, and it was a red flag beach all week for us. On the downside, check-in took almost an hour, and on our fifth day, the sea had turned brown due to the amount of seaweed. I recommend this hotel to families. It's worth noting that the hotel is entirely non-smoking… Not easy for a smoker, and I wish I had known that before booking the trip.
Hôtel parfait pour les enfants!!!! Ils n’ont pas le temps de s’ennuyer. Activités tout les soirs avec le Kids Club super bien organisées. Le personnel est super sympathique et l’hôtel est très propre. La chambre était propre et confortable. Bonne climatisation quoiqu’un peu bruyante et bonne pression et eau chaude dans la douche. La nourriture est bonne et beaucoup de variété au buffet mais toujours les mêmes. La plage est belle, beaucoup de vagues et ça a été drapeau rouge toute la semaine pour nous. Point négatif le check in a pris prêt d’une heure et a notre 5e journée la mer est devenue brune tellement il y avait des algues. Je recommande cette hôtel aux familles. Fait à noter hôtel entièrement non fumeur…..Pas facile pour une fumeuse et j’aurais aimé le savoir avant d’acheter le voyage.

Très beau séjours en famille, on va y retourné
We are a family of four and stayed at the Crown Paradise Club Cancun in April. It was without a doubt our favorite of all the 4 and 4.5-star hotels we stayed at (in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba). The hotel is perfect for families. Both children and adults will find something to enjoy: several water slides for all ages, a mini-golf course, a climbing wall, a zip line, and a tennis court. There's also a games room and a cinema, which is a big plus for varying the activities. The water facilities are excellent with three good-sized pools, so they're never too crowded. The beach is also a huge highlight: big waves perfect for having fun and jumping in—our children loved it, and so did we! By comparison, we were in Cancun a few months earlier, in January, at the Royal Solaris Cancun, and it was a complete disappointment. The difference between the two hotels is truly striking. In short, if you're looking for a dynamic, fun, and family-friendly resort, Crown Paradise Cancun is an excellent choice. We would definitely go back!
Nous sommes une famille de 4 et avons séjourné au Crown Paradise Club Cancun au mois d’avril. C’est sans aucun doute notre coup de cœur parmi tous les hôtels 4 et 4,5 étoiles que nous avons faits (au Mexique, en République dominicaine et à Cuba).
More... Less...L’hôtel est parfait pour les familles. Les enfants comme les adultes y trouvent leur compte : plusieurs glissades d’eau pour tous les âges, un mini-golf, un mur d’escalade, une tyrolienne (zip line), ainsi qu’un terrain de tennis. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux et un cinéma, ce qui est un gros plus pour varier les activités.
Les installations aquatiques sont excellentes avec 3 piscines de bonne taille, donc jamais trop bondées. La plage est aussi un énorme point fort : de grosses vagues parfaites pour s’amuser et sauter dedans — nos enfants ont adoré, et nous aussi !
Pour comparer, nous étions à Cancun quelques mois plus tôt, en janvier, au Royal Solaris Cancun, et ce fut une déception totale. La différence entre les deux hôtels est vraiment marquante.
En résumé, si vous cherchez un resort dynamique, amusant et parfaitement adapté pour une famille, le Crown Paradise Cancun est un excellent choix. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !
