A DISASTER
UN DÉSASTRE

I felt like crying throughout my entire stay. Not only was the food at the buffet cold, but it was also disgusting and incredibly repetitive. The pool is falling apart (the small ceramic tiles are all coming loose). The service is mediocre and the staff are unfriendly. The rooms are dirty and dilapidated (cockroaches in my room, the mattress was literally filthy, mold in the shower, etc.). As for the restaurants, I have no idea: reservations open every morning at 9 am and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a table. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and it's FAR from being a 4-star. If you're looking for a nice, clean hotel with good food, you're in the wrong place.

J'ai eu envie de pleurer tout le long de mon séjour. Non seulement la nourriture dans le buffet est froide elle est en plus dégeulasse et plus que répétitive. La piscine tombe en ruine (les petites céramiques sont toutes entrain d'arrachée). Le service est médiocre et le personnel n'est pas souriant. Les chambres sont sales et déshuettes (coquerelles dans ma chambre, le matelas est litéralement dégeulasse, moissisure dans la douche, ect). Pour les restaurants, aucune idée: les réservations ouvrent chaque matin à 9h et IMPOSSIBLE d'avoir une place.
C'est le pire hotel que j'ai visité et c'est LOIN d'être un 4 etoiles. Si vous chercher un bel hotel propre et ou la nourriture est bonne vous êtes à la mauvaise place.

We really enjoyed our week-long vacation at this all-inclusive resort. It's only 10 minutes from the airport! The room was nice, the air conditioning and hot water worked well, and the buffet was perfect for us. There were several options, and everything was quite good! There's a daycare for children 18 months and older, so we let our little one nap there while we had dinner or went to the pool. It was great; I won't miss out on that for future trips! The shows were really good, but they were in a separate building a 1-minute walk from the resort. The pools were perfect for us. The children's pool was a big hit with my daughter. It had several different slides, a pirate ship, and more. You have to lower your expectations a bit since it's not a 5-star resort, but we all enjoyed our trip and the warmth of Mexico! I recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

La chambre etait bien, l’air climatisée et l’eau chaude fonctionnaient bien, le buffet etait parfait pour nous. Plusieurs options et toujours assez bon!

Il y a une garderie pour jeunes à partir de 18 mois donc on a laissé notre petite faire sa sièste là pendant qu’on dinait ou on allait à la piscine. C’etait super, je me passerai plus de ça pour les prochains voyages!

Les shows etaient vraiment bons, mais dans un immeuble separé à 1 minute de marche du resort.

Les piscines etaient parfaites pour nous. La piscine pour jeunes a ete un coup de coeur pour ma fille. Plusieurs glissades differentes, bateau pirate, etc

Il faut un peu baisser ses attentes puisque ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles, mais on a tous apprecié notre voyage et la chaleur du Mexique!

Je reommande cet hotel et je reviendrais sans hésitation.
