On s'attend a mieux

We expected better from a four-star hotel. The room wasn't very clean upon arrival. The hotel is very outdated. Yes, they should add new furniture, but the entire building needs updating. The buffet was okay, but you shouldn't be too picky. The à la carte restaurant's dishes were always cold or, at best, lukewarm. I've stayed in much better four-star hotels.

On s'attend a mieux pour un quatres étoiles. Chambre a l'arrivée pas vraiment propre. Hotel très viellissant. Oui il mettre des meuble neuf mais le bâtiment complet est a mettre a jours. Buffet bien il faut pas etre difficile. Restaurant a la carte, les plats toujours froid ou au mieux tiède. J'ai connu beaucoup mieux pour un quatres étoiles.

The hotel needs renovations. The coffee machine hasn't been working all week. No possibility of eating before 7 a.m. except for room service for a paid lunch box (not practical when you have an early morning excursion and there is no phone in the room). No safety box upon arrival. They came to deliver one that was not screwed into the wall; not very safe.

We stayed in the beginning of January 2025 in the New Tower Suite Crown Paradise Plus (the plus is for a partial ocean view). The room was large and very beautiful, comfortable king bed and pillows too. The site is not big but everything is there. The hotel is clean, the food good and the staff friendly. The pool on the 7th floor is really good (infinity pool). The drinks were not strong, but anyway, if they were there, no one would be able to make it to dinner! hahaha. I suggest you leave the site to get to the city, via bus, uber or taxi, it is really worth it to see and experience the Mexican culture. Dare to move away from the tourist area to find beautiful, good and cheap places. Very safe city in my opinion. In short, a very nice trip, I recommend it.

Nous avons séjourné début janvier 2025 dans la Nouvelle Tour Suite Crown Paradise Plus (le plus est pour une vue partielle sur l'océan). La chambre était grande et très belle, lit king confortable et oreillers aussi. Le site n'est pas grand mais tout est là. L'hôtel est propre, la nourriture bonne et le personnel gentil. La piscine au 7ième est vraiment bien (infinity pool). Les drinks n'étaient pas fort, mais de toute façon, s'ils y seraient, personne pourrait se rendre au souper! hahaha. Je vous suggère de sortir du site afin de se rendre en ville, via autobus, uber ou taxi, cela vaut vraiment la peine de voir et vivre la culture Mexicaine. Oser vous éloignez un peu du coin touristique afin de trouver des endroits beaux, bons et pas cher. Ville très sécuritaire à mon avis. Bref, un très beau voyage, je le recommande.
