Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! 1 pool, the beach, small white chairs for tourists and large lounge chairs for Colombians... the beaches are a mud pit. I paid for three days in Baru, very noisy, no Air Transat office. Raphael from Air Transat sold us a city tour excursion for US$100 each, 4 hours later, 2 hours later he stood us up. We didn't get to see what we wanted to see. When I arrived at the airport he wasn't there; he arrived 25 minutes after I left customs. Not very reassuring... Do you think Air Transat could refund my city tour package?

Ne recommandez pas cette hôtel à personne !!! 1 piscine la plage petite chaise blanche pour les touristes et grande chaises longues pour les colombiens .. plages un trou de bouette je me suis payé trois jours à Baru très bruyante aucun bureau air transats Raphaël de air transat nous a vendu un excursion tour de ville 100 us ch 4 heures après 2 heures il nous a planter la on a pas vue visiter se que on voulais voir quand je suis arriver a l aéroport il était pas là il est arrivé 25 minutes après que je suis sorti des douanes pas trop sécurisant … pensez vous que air transat pourrais me rembourser mon forfait tour de ville ??

Good connection with the Air Transat representative (Raphaël) with the hotel and also good follow-up with the passengers to explain the operation. All the hotel staff are pleasant, smiling and efficient. The room was exactly what we wanted. Very nice stay.

Bonne connexion avec le représentant d'Air Transat (Raphaël)avec l'hôtel et aussi bon suivii avec les passagers pour expliquer le fonctionnement.
Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable,souriant et efficace.
La chambre était exactement ce que nous souhaitions.

We should be entitled to two keys for our room. The a la carte restaurants do not always serve the same thing even if we take the same menu. The best in my opinion is Italian. At the steak house, the first time delicious, the second too salty and inedible and the steak full of fat. The buffet should have more variety. When we arrive for our room, the wait is too long, lack of organization. Positive: Cleanliness at all levels. The kindness of the staff. The beach? Warm water and beautiful waves. Near the old town and amenities. Negative: The insistent vendors on the beach. One key? for two per room. Buffet lacks variety. The lack of organization and the wait when we arrive to get our room is really too long.

On devrait avoir droit à deux clés pour notre chambre. Les restaurants à la carte ne servent pas toujours la même chose même si on reprend la même menu. Le meilleur à mon avis L’italien. Au steak ? house la première fois délicieux. , la seconde trop salé et pas mangeable et steak plein de gras. Le buffet devrait avoir plus de variétés. Quand on arrive pour notre chambre attente trop longue, manque d’organisation. Positif : La propreté à tous les niveaux. La gentillesse du personnel. La plage ? eau chaude et de belles vagues. Près de la vieille ville et des commodités . Négatif : Les vendeurs insistants sur la plage. Une clé ? pour deux.par chambre. Buffet manque de variétés. Le manque d’organisation et l’attente quand nous arrivons pour avoir notre chambre c’est vraiment trop  long.
