Hello, I'm very disappointed with the hotel. It's absolutely not a 4-star, at best a 3-star; it's a misrepresentation. We were lucky to get two lukewarm showers out of seven days; the rest were practically cold. Furthermore, we had to call reception to have towels and bath mats delivered, or make do with the two small towels provided, if the cleaning lady remembered to leave any. The food was edible, but not good, absolutely not Mexican, a chronic lack of variety, and above all, VERY REPETITIVE. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTHY OF A 4-STAR HOTEL, as described on your website. You would benefit from visiting the hotels you recommend; you're selling packages you don't know anything about.
Bonjour, très déçu de l'hotel, ce n'est ABSOLUMENT PAS UN 4*, tout au plus 3*, c'est de la fausse représentation. On a été chanceux de pouvoir prendre 2 douches à l'eau tiède sur une durée de 7 jours, les autres ont étés prises à l'eau quasi froide. De plus, on devait appeler la réceptoin pour se faire livrer des serviettes et tapis de bain et ou se contenter des 2 petites serviettes quand la femme de ménage n'oubliait pas de nous en laisser. La nourriture était comestibles, mais pas bonne, absolument pas mexicaine, un manque chronique de diversité, mais surtout TRÊS RÉPÉTITIVE. ABSOLUMENT PAS DIGNE D'UN HOTEL 4*, tel que décrit sur votre site. Vous auriez avantage à visiter les hotels que vous recommendez, vouz vendez des forfaits que vous ne connaissez pas.

Ultimately, there was a mistake with the booking. I wasn't staying at the Isla Coral, as I was traveling with another couple who were staying at the Decameron Marina. We had made the reservation together, and I have no idea what happened, but I wasn't booked at the same hotel as them. We only realized this at the airport, which meant I had to pay extra on arrival to stay at the same hotel as planned, even though the Marina was less expensive. I had even requested a room near my brother and sister-in-law, with whom I was traveling. My travel agent at Voyage à Rabais told me the request had been made to Sunwing, without mentioning that we weren't staying at the same hotel, even though I shouldn't have had to pay the extra fee at that point. As for the Decameron Marina itself, I enjoyed the beach and the very friendly staff, even though many of them didn't speak English or French. The rooms were very nice, with a small fridge in each room. Noise is constant due to the hotel's U-shaped layout. The food was good.
Finalement il y a eu erreur lors de la réservation, je ne séjournais pas au Isla Coral, car je voyageais avec un autre couple, qui demeurait au Decameron Marina. Nous avions fait la réservation ensemble et , aucune idée de ce qui s'est passé, mais je n'avais pas le même hotel qu'eux. Nous nous en sommes rendus compte à l'aéroport seulement, ce qui fait que j'ai dû payer un surplus sur place pour être au même hotel comme prévu, malgré que le Marina était moins dispendieux. J'avais même demandé à avoir une chambre près de mon frère et belle soeur avec qui je voyageais. Mon agente à Voyage à Rabais m'a répondu que la demande avait été faite à Sunwing, sans m'indiquer que nous n'avions pas le même hotel, alors qu'à ce moment, je n'aurais pas dû payer le surplus sur place.
More... Less...Pour le site du Decameron Marina, j'ai apprécié la plage, la qualité du personnel très gentil, malgré qu'ils ne parlaient ni anglais, ni francais pour plusieurs. Les chambres étaient très bien, avec un petit frigo dans la chambre. Le bruit est omniprésent de par la configuration de l'hotel en "U". La nourriture était bonne.

Very beautiful beach, ideal for walking and different since the beach is public so shared with the people of the village. Positive: Located in the village, so it is easy to walk around and see the local culture. Small site impossible to get lost there. The staff is very friendly. Negative: Room very echoy you can hear the neighbors. It is 1h30 from the airport. Family complex and not adult as mentioned in some places. Hotel still in ``running in``....
Très belle plage, idéal pour la marche et différent puisque la plage est publique donc partager avec les gens du village.
More... Less...Positif : Situé au village, donc il est facile de se promener et voir la culture locale. Petit site impossible de s'y perdre. Le personnel est très sympathique. Négatif : Chambre très écho on entend les voisins. C'est à 1hrs 30 de l'aéroport. Complexe familial et on adulte comme mentionné à certains endroits. Hôtel encore en ``rodage``....
