A small, well-maintained hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. The fact that you can go to the Decameron, Los Coco, and Isla Coral is a plus, as there are very few, if any, activities. In the evenings, there's far too much karaoke; why not just music and dancing? We're on vacation! I don't think I'll ever go back!

Petit hôtel bien entretenue personnels sympathiques les chambres sont biens. Le fait qu’on a droit d’aller au Decameron Los coco et Isla Coral est un plus. Car très peu ou pas d’activités. Le soir beaucoup trop de karaoké pourquoi pas seulement de la musique et de la danse on est en vacances! Je ne crois pas y retourner un jour !

In general, it's great if you want a Mexican immersion experience; this is the place. It's a small village where you can walk around in the evening without any problems. And there are plenty of vendors on the beach.

En général c'est très bien si voulez un immersion mexicaine c'est la place. Petit village vous pouvez vous promener le soir sens problème. Et beaucoup de vendeur sur la plage.

I would give this hotel two stars. The driver who took us from the airport to the hotel in a 7-seater van asked us for $15.00 each (there were 6 of us), totaling $90.00, to take us back via a shorter route. We refused and were jostled around for a whole 1 hour 15 minute journey. There was an elderly couple who asked him to stop, but to no avail. We filed a complaint with the Sunwing agent. The question is, why didn't he take the shortest route? Why did we have to pay for it? The staff on site only speak Spanish; they don't speak English or French, except for a few interpreters who struggle to translate. It's complicated. There's only one coffee maker for the entire site, so it can take a very long time to get a coffee on the beach. There's an excessive number of vendors selling all sorts of things; it doesn't stop all day long. Even bands offer their services, making it very noisy. There's no consideration for tourists; it's not the place to find peace and quiet. Furthermore, all along this very long beach, they rent out spaces in front of the tourists (with tables, chairs, parasols, etc.), so the ocean view is blocked by 50%. I won't be going back.

Je donnerai deux étoiles à cet hôtel le chauffeur qui nous as ramené de l’aéroport à l’hôtel dans une vus de 7 places nous as demandé 15:00 dollars américains chacun (ont étaient 6) soit 90:00$ pour nous ramener par un chemin plus court,nous avons refusé et on s’est fait brasser tout le long d’un trajet de 1:15 heures et il y avait un couple âgé qui lui demandait d’arrêter mais sans succès nous avons fait une plainte a l’agent de sunwing la question est pourquoi n’a t il pas pris le chemin le plus court pourquoi faillait t il payé pour ça. Le personnel sur le site ne parle que l’espagnol ils ne parle pas ni anglais ni français sauf quelques interprètes qui traduisent difficilement c’est compliqué il n’y as qu’une cafetière pour tout le site ça peut être très long pour un café sur la plage il y as une sollicitation à outrance de vendeur de toutes sortes de choses ça n’arrête pas de la journée même des orchestre offre leur service ce qui fait que c’est très bruyant aucune considération pour les touristes ce n’est pas l’endroit pour être tranquille et avoir la paix en plus tout le long de cette très longue plage ils loue des emplacements en avant des touristes (avec table chaise parasol etc) si bien que la vue sur l’océan est coupée de 50%. Je n’y retournerai plus.

Many Mexicans with young families. Due to the hotel's U-shaped layout and seven stories, it's very echoey and noisy. Very few staff members speak English, only Spanish, and no French. Rincon de Guayabitos is an interesting village with all its amenities. Having access to the three Decameron mountains is a plus.

Beaucoup de Mexicains avec jeunes famille. Du à la configuration de cette hôtel en U et en hauteur de 7 étages c'est très écho et bruyant.
Très peu de personnel parle anglais, espagnol seulement et aucun français.
Rincon de Guayabitos est un village intéressant avec tout ses services.
Intéressant d'avoir accès aux 3 Decameron.
Un plus, le WIFI est disponible partout dans l'hôtel.
