It's a slightly dated but clean hotel. Being a family hotel, it's normal to see a lot of children. The music is a bit too loud, so it would be best to bring earplugs. If you want peace and quiet, there's an adults-only area, but I didn't visit it. The staff are very friendly and smiling. Perhaps a little more information could be provided upon arrival, specifically regarding the location of the pitches, but we were given a document with a map, and if you can read a map, it's fine. The information about meal times is also included. Two things weren't pleasant. First, when we arrived at the airport, no one from Sunwing was there to meet us, which was rather worrying. But eventually, we found someone outside who took charge of us. Second, the journey, which was supposed to take just over an hour, lasted more than two hours because we had to take some clients to the Iberostar hotel, which significantly lengthened our trip. So, what I've written isn't criticism, but rather feedback that might help improve a few things. Overall, it was a wonderful trip. The sun, the warmth, and the fantastic staff—everything was perfect.

C’est un hôtel un peu défraîchi mais propre. Étant un hôtel familial, il est normal d’y voir beaucoup d’enfants. Un peu trop de musique forte alors il serait mieux d’apporter vos bouchons. Si voulez de la tranquillité, il y a un secteur pour adultes mais que je n’ai pas visité.
Les employés sont très gentils et souriants.
Manque peut être un peu de renseignements à l’arrivée, à savoir où sont les emplacements mais on nous remet un document sur lequel il y a un plan et si on sait lire un plan, ça va et les informations pour les heures des repas y sont également.
Deux choses qui n’ont pas été agréables, la première c’est qu’à notre arrivée à l’aéroport, il n’y avait personne de sunwing qui nous attendait alors ça été plutôt inquiétant mais finalement on a trouvé une personne à l’extérieur qui nous a pris à charge et deuxième chose c’est que le trajet qui devait durer un peu plus d’une heure a duré plus de deux heures parce que nous sommes allés mener des clients à l’hôtel Iberostar, ce qui a rallongé de beaucoup notre trajet.
Alors ce que j’ai écrit ne sont pas des critiques mais plutôt des commentaires qui pourraient peut être aider à améliorer certaines petites choses.
On peut dire que ce fut un très beau voyage. Le soleil, la chaleur et les employés formidables, tout y était.

What we will remember about this hotel and Rincon de Guayabitos is the incessant noise of the loudspeakers, those of the hotel or those of each small group on the beach. Trucks, motorcycles and cars pass on the road and each one also with their speakers at full volume. The food at the buffet but the coffee tasted like water. The Wi-Fi didn't work well. We definitely won't be going back.

ce qu'on va retenir de cet hotel et de Rincon de Guayabitos est le bruit incessant des haut-parleurs, ceux de l'hotel ou ceux de chaque petit groupe sur la plage. Des camions, motos et voitures passent sur la route et chacun également avec ses haut-parleurs à plein volume.
La nourriture du buffet mais le café goutait l'eau.

Le wifi ne rentrait pas bien.

C'est certain que nous n'y retournerons pas.

The staff spoke little or no English or French and were not very friendly to international tourists. It took a long time to establish contact.

Le personnel ne parlait pas ou très peu l'anglais ou le français et n'était pas très avenant avec les touristes internationaux. Ça été long avant d'établir un contact.
