My second time in 3 months, I love the tranquility and the smiles of the employees. Everything was perfect except that I changed my room to a sea view before my departure and finally I spent 2 weeks overlooking the trees. Do not pay extra for Bungalow 7 on the second floor, the view is not worth the cost.

Ma deuxième fois en 3 mois, j'adore la tranquillité et le sourire des employés. Tout était parfait mis a part que j'ai fais modification de chambre pour vue sur la mer $$ avant mon départ et finalement jai passée 2 semaines vue sur les arbres. Ne payer pas de surplus pour Bungalow 7 deuxieme étage, la vue n'en vaut pas le coût.

The buffet is always the same, it doesn't change, and there are a lot of Cuban families staying at the hotel, so as a result, they eat the whole buffet, and they are allowed other food like fries and special sandwiches, but we don't get any when we ask. As for the rest, everything is good, except that my bed was broken on one side. The beach lacks cleaning, but the heat made up for it.

Le buffet est toujours pareil ne change pas et il y a beaucoup de familles cubaines qui réside sur l'hôtel donc résultat il mange tout le buffet et il ont le droit a d autre nourriture comme des frites, des sandwichs spéciales mais nous, nous en avons pas quand nous demandons. Pour ce qui est du reste tout est bien sauf que mon lit était brisé d un côté. La plage manque de nettoyage, mais la chaleur y était ça compensée

I really liked the hotel and the staff. I gave the buffet a lower rating because I'm very picky and it wasn't because there was a lack of food. The staff was just wow 🤩 Not many activities, but there were only 150 of us so there weren't many tourists. I ate once at the à la carte restaurant and it was good. Very nice site. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay 😊

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel et le personnel. Je donne une note plus faible au buffet, car je suis très difficile et ce n’était pas parce-qu’il manquait de bouffe. Le personnel juste wow 🤩 Peu d’activités, mais nous étions seulement 150 personnes donc peu de touristes. J’ai mangé 1 fois au restaurant à la carte et c’était bien. Très beau site.
