We loved our stay! There were three families (11 in total, with children ranging from 1 to 16 years old). The service was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly. There's no buffet or beach, which is why I'm giving it a 0.

Positive: We loved the little attentions that the maids gave to the children (placing the princess dresses in the windows, the stuffed animals in the windows, the blankets folded in different ways, the pajamas placed royally on the beds,... The cleanliness of the place wow wow wow Negative: We arrived one evening at 10 p.m. and the door to our room was left wide open (we had left in the morning at 7:15 a.m.). Fortunately nothing had been stolen but the feeling when you arrive in front of the door and imagine that you have been burglarized is nauseating; worse than a merry-go-round. We notified the staff and they were very kind and reassuring, but phew!!!

La propreté des lieux wow wow wow Négatif : Nous sommes arrivés un soir à 22 h et la porte de notre chambre était restée grande ouverte (nous avions quitté le matin à 7h15). Heureusement rien avait été volé mais la sensation lorsque tu arrives devant la porte et d'imaginer que tu as été cambriolé donne la nausée; pire qu'un manège. Nous avons avisé le personnel et ils ont été très gentils et rassurants, mais ouf!!!
